Wirth Fern MD

I’ve seen this doctor 3 times. She’s always in a rush. My first appointment, I brought in a list of 5 medical questions that I had been saving up to ask since waiting to get insurance (had to move to another state just to get insurance — this was pre-​Obamacare). She told me that was too bad I went so long without being able to get insurance but that I was only allowed to cover one issue per appointment with her and that I would have to make more appointments with her if I wanted to have all of my questions answered. Really? My copay was $ 45. C’mon! She spent all this time arguing the point with me too when she could have just been answering my questions and addressing my health concerns. Highly do not recommend this profit-​only-​oriented doctor.
Update: This doctor also mis-​diagnosed one of the medical issues on my list.

Dr. Wirth diagnosed a skin cancer on my face, which was later removed by a surgeon. Dr. Wirth is extremely competent and professional. Highly recommended.

She spent all of 5 minutes with me and didn’t address my concerns until I mentioned them a second time as she was heading out of the exam room.
With healthcare costs the way they are, save your money and find someone else.
