Great people to work with! They are a husband and wife team who are RN’s in their other job so you know that they are caring people from the start. The wife knows some English, but the husband’s English is very good so you will be talking with him the most but she does call every now and then. She’s a sweetheart and he’s very professional and polite. When I called them in the beginning I called a few times and couldn’t get ahold of them and that’s when he called me back and explained that they were also nurses with their other job and apologized profusely. After that, they answered their phone every time they called. They picked up 3 Quilts and 5 Jackets and they all looked and smelled brand new! I took a chance on them because they’ve only been open a year, and am so glad I did! I was so scared because my quilts are homemade and very pricey and I was afraid of them being damaged, but they assured me that they would treat them with extra special care right along with my jackets, and they didn’t lie! There aren’t many dry cleaners in Delaware and on top if that, there aren’t many that are top quality, these guys are the real deal! Plus, I didn’t have to worry about wasting any time dropping off the items items or picking them up, all I had to do is open my front door! It can’t get any easier than that! We own our own business so we know how important it is to keep or customers happy, they treated us like we were their top priority from day one and didn’t veer from that from the day when they picked up our items until the final day when they dropped them off! Four of our jackets were those nylon motorcycle jackets and they had bugs crushed in them, when we got them back they looked like we just bought. The other jacket was a leather bomber jacket and they made it smell and look even better than when we first bought it! You can’t beat that. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The leather jacket took a lot longer than any of the other items and they made sure to keep me updated the whole time. I didn’t have to call them, they called me and not once did I wonder where it was at or why it was taking so long because they made sure to call me and inform me of any delays and it took two weeks longer than usual because of the weather. I’m going to be sure to use them for all of my dry cleaning needs and would highly recommend that you do the same because I’ve gone to just about every dry cleaning business in the state of Delaware and finally found the perfect place!!! Take a chance, you won’t be disappointed.
