Brian Hill grew up on a farm in Warren, Maine. Briefly dabbled in music before starting his kitchen career working at such restaurants as Olives, Figs, Bayona in New Olreans, Aquitane, and the Linwood Grill.
He moved back to Maine to cook where he believes the food «just tastes better.»
