Galej Events is a North Carolina wedding coordination and event design company. «Galej» is the Swedish word for «celebration», and at Galej Events, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Our mission is to serve our clients in a way which gives them peace about their special day and allows them time to focus on strengthening the relationships that make that day worth celebrating. We aim to fulfill the Biblical passage Colossians 3:23: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

History

Established in 2012.

Emily opened Galej Events to fulfill her life-​long aspirations of being a wedding planner. After six years of experience in wedding design and coordination and education through the Association of Bridal Consultants, Emily opened Galej Events in 2012.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Emily, the owner of Galej, has worked in wedding design and coordination for over seven years. As a floral design assistant and event set-​up team lead in Colorado, Emily learned how to organize the multiple aspects of an event and communicate with clients and employees. As a wedding coordination assistant and member of the Association of Bridal Consultants in Florida, Emily learned the detailed steps that go into coordinating weddings. Emily opened Galej Events in 2012 after moving to North Carolina.
