I founded Computer Drafting Technologies in 1998. That company grew steadily from 1998 to 2010, provided d rafting, design services and rendering services to the Architectural and Building communities. In 2010, after receiving my License to practice Architecture in New York State, I founded Rod A. Van Der Water — Architect P.C.

Business Owner

After receiving my associates degree in architectural technology in 1985 from Onondaga Community College, I went to work for a local design build firm. I spent 13 years working in the design /​build field as a draftsmen and designer. In 2010 I became a New York State licensed Architect. I have experience in a wide range of projects, from large commercial construction projects, Apartments and residential pr ojects ranging from Home Additions to 10,000 sf homes.
