0 stars. Horrible customer service. They lose mail like crazy. Not to mention how they are CONSTANTLY locking my PO box while its current and paid for. Don’t waste your money here.

The woman that works behind the counter here is the reason for the term «going postal.» She is literally that bad. She has verbalized that she doesn’t want people to know that this office exists because she doesn’t want the foot traffic… seriously?!. She’s crotchety, cantankerous and every other synonym for the word «grumpy» you can look up. Hopefully her retirement date is quickly approaching and they will replace her with a civil servant that not only DESERVES the job, but enjoys doing it (or at least had a pleasant behind the counter demeanor). Save yourself a bad experience and hit up the Fallbrook USPS.

Sai makes dealing with the USPS a pleasure! She is always friendly and helpful. Her knowledge and understanding of the rules, laws and regulations is exceptional and when appropriate, recommends alternative services. It is rare to actually look forward to going to the Post Office… Sai is what is right with the Postal Service… Jay

Several negative encounters. Cons-​hidden, hard to find. No signs.
Several buildings away from mcdonalds on vandergrift.
Very limited hours.
Opens late AFTER posted hours every morning and afternoon. Staff does not know postal regulations and gives incorrect information. It’s an inefficient govt agency serving another one. Try one of the other base post offices.
