I’ve always received great service from this office. I had some things to update/​change recently and had the pleasure of working with Sean VanKeuren. Sean’s communication skills are second to none, which is kind of a big deal when it comes to insurance. Sean made the whole process seamless and pain free. I highly recommend Sean!

I haven’t had to make a claim yet, but whenever I call, they know who I am and respond quickly and professionally. Been with them for 2 years.

I have been a client of Aaron Sessions since he took over for Jeff Wieland. And Aaron has been great and always has great staff on hand to assist with his clients. Today in particular where Bridget went above and beyond with great customer service! I had just made a small reference to something and she took notice and made something happen. I was not expecting a remedy for something like the problem I had, but Bridget said she was going to help me out if there was a way. She emailed me with a solution immediately after I got of the phone with her and got it taken care of! Thanks again, Bridget!!!

Aaron and his team are as good as it gets. They have a personal relationship with their clients and are very good at follow through. We have had a few insurance claims over the years and they have all been dealt with quickly and fairly. More importantly Aaron and his team check in regularly to make sure our insurance needs are met, and without ever being pushy. I recommend this office without any hesitation.

I use Unilocal quite often and never leave reviews — until now. After speaking with Sean, the experience was good enough to warrant a Unilocal review on my end as a show of thanks for the help I received. I recently purchased a motorcycle and insurance was the last step in order to get riding. I’m not too familiar with the entire insurance process, but I gave these guys a call (on a Saturday which is a plus) and Sean walked me through it and answered any question I had. After less than 30 minutes, I was all set up and ready to go. Great personality and great customer service.

This is the best insurance company I have had the pleasure of working with. They have always had great pricing and even better customer service. When my motorcycle was stolen, they were very helpful in processing my claim and made the incident as easy to get through as possible. I am using several of their products and very happy with all of them. Aaron and his staff are the BEST bar none!

I have been working with Aaron and Sean for about a year now — starting last year when we purchased our first home. Sean — who is my main contact — is an excellent resource and is very responsive by email or phone. He’s happy to answer questions from policy coverage to what is appropriate coverage. He also has a nice demeanor which is refreshing, especially considering that many times you speak to insurance contacts under less than ideal conditions.
When we first chose State Farm, we also met with Aaron. We had most of our insurance and estate planning needs all set, but he took the time to walk us through our situation, our coverage, and any recommendations. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything I didn’t need. In fact, there were a few times when Aaron recommended others in the community who could better address an issue, even if it meant business would go elsewhere.
I’d recommend giving Aaron and Sean a shot if you are in the market!

After talking with Bridget I made the switch to State Farm. She was so helpful and was able to save me over $ 500 a year. I can’t thank her enough! She was so patient as she walked me through the whole process, I look forward to working with her again.

I was bummed when I learned that Leo was no longer there, because I really enjoyed the way he maintained my insurance changes, concerns, and needs. However, I want to say that Sarah Bylsma helped me this morning, and it was an excellent experience. She is so knowledgable, nice to talk to, quick with making needed changes, and her humor really made me feel at ease. Thank you, Mr. Sessions, for hiring only the best staff. Every person I have ever talked to there has been more than personable. However, since Leo is no longer in that building, I am gonna start asking for Sarah every time I call now, because I like working with someone one on one. Thank you again, Sarah. :)

Getting insurance is always overwhelming for me since for most of my life I was on a family members account, so figuring out what exactly I need is just frustrating! But at this particular office I got a lot of help! Just wanted to give a thank you to Sarah, the lady that helped me, she answered all my questions and made the options seem less confusing. My parents have had State Farm Insurance for a long time now. But I’ve been needing to venture off on my own, get my own insurance and what not. I still wanted State Farm because of the positive feedback my parents had given me about the company. When I called in to get coverage, I talked to Sarah. She was really patient and helpful. She answered any questions that I had about the policy I was signing up for. Anytime that I’ve needed to deal with my insurance, it has been really easy and stress free. I’m thankful that I’ve chosen to continue my own coverage with State Farm! Aaron and his staff are always pleasant to work with.

I have only had insurance with State Farm, so I have dealt with many workers in the past. I have had some customer service reps that were nice and some that were not as nice but, recently, Sarah Bylsma was one worker that was able to help me and answer some questions. She was friendly and prompt, which is why I felt the need to leave a comment. Thank you State Farm! :)

I have been with another insurance company for many years. When I bought my new car, I decided it was worth shopping around. I called Aaron’s office and Leo was able to provide me with a fast and accurate quote. He even made recommendations on «gaps» of coverage I had with my current company which I felt was very professional. Not only is it cheaper, but I will get more coverage! Needless to say, I will be switching to State Farm as soon as my current policy expires, which is soon. I know I made a great decision.

I have been with State Farm for years, as I feel like their agents have really tried to look out for me, advise me, and are dependable in their follow-​up. In this case, I ws trying to insure a difficult vehicle, which is a custom motorcycle. While «boutique’ insurers gave me the run around, and never got back to me… Bridget at Aaron Sessions was absolutely diligent and efficient, and made what could have been a difficult process… very simple.

I was looking to obtain different quotes for my auto insurance and I friend of mine recommend me to speak with Leo, he was very professional and explain me every detail. He really knows what he’s doing. Definitely I’m choosing State Farm

I was originally a Farmers client because that is what my parents had. When I had to take over my own insurance I decided to go shop around and gave Aaron a call.
He was able to teach me the basics on insurance and they were able to give me better coverage for less money than I had with Farmers. I can happily say I switched to Aaron’s office and am now a State Farm client! Their customer service is great and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
