Established in 2000.

Nearly a decade ago, we founded Age Defying Dermatology® to help our patients achieve healthy skin and a more youthful appearance through the best medical/​cosmetic dermatology and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery services available today. Our new name, Age Defy Dermatology and Wellness™, reflects a breakthrough strategy in skin care and wellness that prevents, modifies, and even reverses the changes that time brings. At Age Defy, we bridge the gap between sun and stress through innovative skin and body care combined with a world-​class medi-​spa and lifestyle enhancement and stress reduction programs. Business Owner

Rick Noodleman, M.D.

Dr. Rick Noodleman received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.D. from the University of Minnesota. He completed his residency at Stanford University School of Medicine and served a dermatologic surgery fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Noodleman is a board-​certified dermatologist in practice since 1986. He is also co-​creator of Revercel® clinical skin care products and nutritional supplements. Dr. Noodleman’s focus is minimally-​invasive, low downtime cosmetic surgery services.

Arlene J. Noodleman, MD, MPH

Dr. Arlene Noodleman holds BA and MD degrees from the University of Minnesota and received a Masters in Public Health from the University of California-​Berkeley. Board-​certified in preventive medicine and trained in integrative health, Dr. Noodleman helps her patients reduce stress and delay age-​related decline in health for as long as possible. She helps people age gracefully and Look and Live Well.
