Bombshell Boutique

I agree with all of the great reviews provided on here for Bombshell. I cannot say enough positive things about this place, the owner, and the customer service provided by her employees.
I have known the owner Brooke for ages. She has put her heart and soul into this boutique (I mean that in the most literal way) and personally picks out all of her merchandise to cater to the needs/​requests of her customers and to make sure she has the best selection and quality of clothing. She’s constantly doing the most to make sure her customers are satisfied, stays on top of the newest fashion trends, asks for customer feedback, posts pictures and specials on social media, hires amazing employees who are trained to help you while you shop in every way possible, including giving personal feedback on your outfit selection, grabbing additional items if needed, and even picking out outfits for you! The boutique is always spotless and well-​organized. All of the racks are filled with a variety of clothing styles and all merchandise is color coordinated. As far as customer service, Brooke is hands down the best at helping out her customers. Brooke personally chooses the employees she has representing her in the boutique while she is unable to be in the store herself. Her employees are excellent at greeting you upon entry and constantly following up to ask if you need help. She is such an amazing store owner and thrives because she genuinely cares about her customers and always listens to what they are asking of her.
There are always a ton of color choices and styles for blouses, tank tops and sweaters, dresses for all occasions, jeans/​pants/​skirts in various colors and styles, jackets, camis, stylish jewelry and shoes, bad-​ass purses and clutches, lingerie and underwear choices, and accessories. I have purchased clothing for all seasons, occasions, and times including work attire, dresses to wear during holidays, weddings, parties, work functions, for Vegas, summertime clothing, etc. You can literally find something for every occasion here and if you are in a bind or need advice on styles, what to choose, ask the employees. They can even show you how to convert an outfit from daytime to nighttime by just changing/​adding a few clothing items/​shoes/​accessories.
What is the difference between shopping here and some other random store like Forever 21, Papaya, Charlotte Russe? Your shopping experience at Bombshell is like going to a family-​owned business where they connect with their customer-​base, rather than a corporate store where they can care less about you, can care less if you return, can care less about how something looks on you or how you feel wearing it, can care less if the quality of clothing sucks, and only care about your money. Brooke is interested in making sure ALL of her customers are satisfied, feel good about their purchase, feel good about themselves in the clothes they purchase from Bombshell because she knows that the clothes they buy are representative of her business and all of her efforts as a small business owner. Brooke also wants to create a relationship with her customers so that they return to her because of the great experience shopping at Bombshell and has become friends with many of her customers because of this.
Come out and see what all this is about. You probably won’t walk out with just one thing!

If you’re tired of cheap clothes, basic lingerie from Victoria’s Secret, and shitty forever 21 customer service, then this is the store for you. I love this place and even more I love the pleasant customer service and sweet owner Brooke. They have a lot of good quality clothes, lingerie, and accessories that will surely make a statement. I bought a vegan leather back pack purse that gets compliments every single time I wear it. It was even used on set of a pay pal euro commercial I did makeup on since the director liked it so much. Thank you for being so kind to help me today Emily! I can’t wait to give my friend the lingerie we picked out at her bridal shower tomorrow.

I’ve been coming here almost weekly for years. They have the best selection, great prices and the staff is amazing. Stephanie always helps me pick out an outfit for any occasion, but it’s never a pushy experience. They are the best !!!

SUPER CUTE BOUTIQUE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I walked in on a Saturday night and the young lady working didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me at all. I tried on rings and bracelets and looked through clothes and NOT ONCE did she even look my way. Working in a high end boutique myself this customer service was just bad. She made my experience in this cute store awkward and unpleasant and I probably won’t be going back.

I have been obsessed with this store ever since my mom told me about it. It’s the cutest little boutique around. Over half of my closest is from Bombshell alone. The clothes are great quality and last longer than other stores I shop at. They also have jewelry, purses and shoes to make a complete outfit! Bombshell is definitely my go to when I need an outfit for any event. The girls are always so sweet and accommodating as well. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out ladies!

For a small boutique I would think they would have good customer service. I came in on my lunch today around noon or so because I’m on a serious hunt for a dress to wear to a wedding. The clothes is ok, nothing special but the girl that was there wasn’t very friendly, or like at all which is not what you would expect from a store like this. I went to therapy instead where they are actually nice and helpful and found a dress there.

2 stars for the cute clothing they have. The other three are missing due to their lack of customer service. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon like around 3 and the girl who was working didn’t even acknowledge my presence she just looked at her phone the whole time. I highly do not recommend this place which is a shame cause they have really cute clothes that I would have purchased. I will be sure to pass the word to my girlfriends. Which just comes to show that regardless of your merchandise customer service if very key. I mean without customers you have no business, all you’ll have is merchandise. So in other words don’t shop avoid the cattiness. Your better off going to Bebe

When you think boutique you think price ranges that you can’t exactly justify spending, but that is not the case here! Their stuff is really affordable and if noooo forever 21 or H&M crap. It’s cute, fun and girly. Not overwhelming and everything is just sooo pretty. Will come again to shop for dresses!

This boutique is super adorable and right up in my alley in terms of the style of clothing and accessories that I usually buy when I’m at the mall. All of the clothes looked super cute and practically everything caught my eye. Especially loved the variety of tops! Would’ve honestly bought almost one of everything had I had the money to blow. Definitely a great place to stop by and check out if you’re ever in the area!

I have been shopping here for many, many years! I used to commute to the Central Valley and this is my one stop to pick up my girls things they would love. Since then I started shopping for my stepdaughters as well. Let’s not forget there’s always something for me! She always as great selections and always stocked with new fashion. I’ve gotten to know Brooke and she is absolutely darling. Shes a wonderful business owner and active in the community of Campbell. Love this store!

I usually stop here every time I’m in Downtown Campbell even if it’s just to browse. Every time they have new selections and the latest styles, colors, etc. Everything from cocktail dresses to simple tees and everything in between. The shop is always neat and tidy although sometimes a bit warm (I don’t think there is AC), there is never a wait for dressing rooms and all of the staff are extremely helpful without being pushy or annoying. Prices are reasonable for the area and the fact that it is a small business.
What really made me write this review was my recent encounter with the owner, Brooke. I had seen an Instagram picture she posted of a dress that was really cute however I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get down there so I emailed her (email address in her Instagram bio) asking all about it. She got back to me right away and unfortunately the dress had already sold out. A few days later I was able to make it down to the store and check out some other options she had suggested that were similar.
I came away with a gorgeous backless maxi that was even better than the original one I saw as well as a cute tank top. For the trouble, she also sent me some perks which was really thoughtful.
Definitely recommend– you will not leave empty handed!

All the cloths here are adorable! This little boutique is so much more affordable than other boutiques I’ve seen. They sectioned off different cloths based on their color, so it was easy to find a mint shirt or black cardigan. I got a pair of black parachute pants that you can easily dress up or dress down. Definitely coming back

I literally «stumbled» here, while trying to sober up from 1 too many «swirls» down the street. LOL I walked into this cute boutique over 2 years ago and it’s my go-​to place to shop when I have need to buy something cute and affordable. The MAIN reason I love coming here is the owner Brooke. I remember shopping alone, trying stuff on and needing an honest opinion. Before I knew Brooke was the owner, I asked her for her opinion and she suggested another color that would be flattering. She totally could’ve said, «It’s totally cute!» but instead of just making a quick sale, she really cared about what would be a good purchase for me, as the customer.
Bombshell Boutique is my most favorite small business clothing store and that says alot. The quality is great, all the up-​to-​date fashion AND prices are reasonable. I’ve bought outfits/​dresses to go to a wedding, fun summer outting or if I’m just needing some retail therapy. Service is always friendly, whether it’s Brooke working behind the counter or any one of the other girls. If you haven’t been here yet, check it out. You won’t be disappointed. :)

I love this boutique in Downtown Campbell!!! Way better quality of clothing compared to what you find at the mall. Will be back again and again.

If I can give 10 stars I would. Best prices, customer service & clothing. Boutique is very clean & neat. I love the personal one on one help they offer (personal shopper). They have a new selection every time I come in, which is a few times a month. Location is great, shopping in downtown Campbell is so awesome, you get that boutique experience (dislike the malls). Can’t wait to see whats in store for fall!

Love this place! Sometimes I’d rather be here than the mall. No big fitting room lines, fashionable options, Starbucks next door, (and ice cream) also the ladies who work there are always nice and helpful. If you need their opinion, they are willing to help. I come here about 1 – 3 times a month.

I love this cute little boutique in the heart of downtown Campbell. The owner and the girls that work there are usually real friendly. They have a ton of cute styles to choose from. Always the latest fashion! From what I remember, Thursdays is usually when they get new shipment. Best day to go! ;)

I have been shopping here for years! I love this store. It is my go to for any occasion, wedding, night out, night in with the girls. There is everything from dressy to casual. Their is something for everyone. There is a wide variety of accessories to accent your new look. They always have the hottest fashions in the current must have colors. Forget the 5 stars, this place is a 10 in my book!

I will not be going back to this store in Campbell. I was waiting for my appointment at Couture Tan next door (wonderful place) and happened to walk in. I did purchase a dress for myself for an upcoming vacation.
Before leaving I noticed a dress for a friend who was going away with me. I purchased it for her not thinking if it didn’t fit we were gone a week and they have a 10 day return policy. Well the dress didn’t fit her and I came back exactly as 10 days had passed between the day of purchase and day for return but they wouldn’t take the dress back. I realized I wouldn’t get the money back but at least they could have honored the credit. Now I am stuck with a dress I paid for to donate.
Quite terrible customer service. And would never purchase a gift there!
For the prices and a more reasonable return policy I much prefer Ibiss in Willow Glen.

Stumbled on this cute boutique while killing time waiting for friends. Great find! Very cute tops with frilly stuff but not too over the top.
Found some jeans too at an awesome price of $ 40 or so. They’re brand names and it’s the skinny kind with a few regular cut ones.
Awesome lone female staff. She leaves you alone aside from telling you the deal on some sale items.
This pace sits on a little 12 shop corner. You might pass it if you’re walking too fast!
