Personable, professional and amazingly talented! Having excellent photos at our wedding was very important to me, and Briana not only met but exceeded my (and my family’s) expectations. She not only captured some incredible moments, but she was also an absolute joy to work with. Everybody at the wedding, from the wedding party to other vendors, ranted and raved about how wonderful it was to have Briana alongside for the day.
I met Briana at a wedding fair, and despite how overwhelmed I felt with the sheer number of vendors at the fair, Briana won me over. Leading up to our engagement session and wedding day, Briana was proactive yet patient as we juggled schedules and flip flopped on small but important photo-​related decisions. She had never been to our venue before — at the Stanford Memorial Church — so she even made a special trip there to make sure she was fully prepared for the day. The day of the wedding, our wedding party had a blast taking photos with Briana, and post-​wedding, Briana’s impeccable follow through has carried forward as we finalize our album and look over the proofs.
I would hire Briana again in a heartbeat and have already recommended her to several other brides.

I met Briana through my best friend, and ironically, Briana was there when my husband proposed to me! My best friend jokingly said oh well good thing Briana was at the engagement to take pictures because she’s a wedding photographer! Little did I know when I researched her, she was a phenomenal photographer! She has an amazing talent for capturing light, nature, and the real essence of her subject matter. We purchased package C and with that we got an engagement session as well as the wedding. My fiancé (at the time) and I weren’t used to taking professional photos together but she helped us feel so comfortable, and the photos turned out amazing. She even helped research where we could go and even bring our dogs (who weren’t acting on their best behavior that day…)! Seeing what she did with our engagement shoot only made me more excited to see what she would do at the wedding. And we surely weren’t disappointed. She picked up so many details; details that I wasn’t even aware existed at our wedding! I am highly impressed with all aspects of working with Briana, in addition to her amazing vision she is very responsive and professional. My husband, friends and family are all very impressed with her work.

Briana was able to take family photographs for us on 28 June. As a family we were unsure of location & poses, but she gave us excellent recommendations for where to shoot as well as our positioning.
Throughout our shoot Briana was incredibly professional and personable. While taking pictures of my 8 year old son, she was able to put him at ease and tell him how to stand so he was most comfortable. As a family her expertise was apparent as she told us how to stand in the light, around our setting and with each other.
The photographs Briana took are stunning. She provided us with a wide array of shots & got them back to us with an excellent turn around time. I cannot remember the last time I not only enjoyed taking pictures as well as their final outcome. Briana did an excellent job, I would recommend her for any occasion that you wanted to capture forever in photographs; I know I’ll go back to her when the time comes.

We booked Brianna for our wedding on May 24^th, 2015 and she is by far one of the best vendors we had for our day. Our package included an engagement shoot, 8 hours of wedding day coverage with a second shooter and an album.
First and foremost Brianna was very friendly and kind but most importantly she was a true professional. For a bride as frazzled as I was it was a huge blessing that she was so good at staying on top things. Her communication was excellent even when mine wasn’t and working with her really felt like a burden had been taken off my plate.
For the actual shoots Brianna was so good at putting us at ease and instructing us on poses. I am so scared of the camera and somehow she was able to pull really great shots out of us. Everything felt really natural and the final product definitely looked it.
The pictures were visually very stunning as well. You can tell how much thought Brianna puts into setting up the shot. Everything from planning the shoots for when the natural light will be best to scouting out locations on the fly when our wedding party shot location changed last minute and even furniture rearranging in the hotel lobby so that every detail of the shot is perfect.
Her creativity really came through in the portraits of the bridal party and groomsmen. The look and feel of the pictures are drastically different from eachother despite the locations being about two feet apart. The girls have a very soft and romantic look and the boys got a super slick dramatic feel in theirs. Both styles are beautiful and fit exactly what we were looking for.
The photos were one of the most important parts of the wedding for me and I am so happy to say that the pictures are absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
So far we’ve received the pictures, she managed to beautifully edit over 700 photos in less than two weeks! And I can’t wait to see what she does for the album.
I will be referring everyone I know to Brianna she really was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding!

Briana is AMAZING. She has been our family photographer for a couple of years now and we use her anytime we need holiday photos, or updated kid photos! She is also our nanny! She watches our three kids ages 7, 4 and 2. She is absolutely amazing with children and is able to capture their individual personalities in her photographs. There was one time we got all of the cousins together for a family shoot, there were 9 kids from 13 years old to 18 months. We took the pictures at Ed Levin park and I kept thinking… «there is no way we are going to get anything useful.» Because from what I was seeing the kids were being cranky and hyper and we were trying so hard to get them to cooperate, there wasn’t one time that I thought «That is going to be a great shot!» Or I kept thinking, «oh no! She missed a perfect shot!» So, I wasn’t very hopeful. Then I saw the pictures… I was blown away (as I am every time I see her work!), she was able to get a ton of AMAZING shots!!! WAY better than I ever thought possible!!! Briana continues to exceed my expectations. She is warm, kind and has the most genuine heart. She is truly passionate about what she does and it is easy to see that in her photographs. My husband and I are done with studio pictures and we will only ever have Briana take family pictures for us and our extended family in the great outdoors as Briana is brilliant with using natural light. I am continuously awed by viewing her latest photo shoots in her blog and only wish I could redo my engagement and wedding photos with her! She will not disappoint you! She is a true artist and has an absolute gift!!! THANK YOU BRIANA!!!

We hired her for engagement and wedding photos. I’m glad we did the engagement photos because it made my fiancé and I feel more comfortable posing for photos. My husband Jason and I hired Briana for our wedding in November this year. She was such a pleasure to work with and has an amazing talent! Not only were the engagement photos apart of her very reasonable package deal, but she captured Jason and I perfectly!
I was so worried when we did our engagement photos because Jason and I had never taken nice photos in our already 7 year relationship but she managed to get multiple beautiful photos! Briana is a wonderful photographer. She has such an amazing eye for great photos. Her artistry is simply breathtaking! I just had my engagement photos with her and couldn’t be more excited! Briana is an amazing photographer! She is incredibly knowledgable on proper lighting, angles, locations and many other key components that result in amazing photos. Along with her impeccable craft, she has an incredible personality. She smiles, laughs and makes you feel as if you’ve known her for years! We used Briana for our newborn’s first photos and were in love with the results. Briana was great and made the most out of the shoot given the fact that our baby was not «sleepy». She came to our house which was a plus and worked with us for just the right accessories with each photo. Looking forward to using her again as our baby grows.

I first hired Briana to take my boys 2yr and 4yr photos in fall of 2012, they turned out fantastic. She was so easy to work with and very helpful, I had never hired a photographer before and had no idea what to do or expect. Well, the pictures turned out better then I could have imagined. When I had my daughter in spring 2013 she took some pictures at only a week old. They are so sweet and she was willing to wait while I changed her head band for the 4^th and 5^th time. When fall 2013 rolled around I couldn’t wait to book my family pictures again. I just received them and they are amazing, of course. She would ask if I had any ideas and let me be part of the process, but I just left it to her, she is the artist. She captured my kids personalities so well and my little girl looks like a doll. I will of course be working with her again.

I have used Briana Calderon Photography for not only my engagement and wedding photos but also my newborn’s pictures as well. For someone who didn’t feel that comfortable in front of the camera, she had a way of making me feel at ease. I was even able to have some fun and enjoy it! What is there not to love about this extremely talented photographer. I cannot say enough about how professional and truly gifted she is. I hired Briana, in a very in promto fashion. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad she did. Very last minute, i was looking for someone to do, on location, senior portraits for my step daughter. Not only was Briana more than accommodating, she humored our numerous outfit changes and location shifts.
She had our photos to us in three days, in perfect time to send out graduation announcements. We got nothing but compliments on how beautiful the photos were.
