Came in with a bolt in my tire. Came in at 6:05 and they said no problem and got right to work. The gentleman were extremely polite and quick in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a gem I just went down here with my own oil and filter I got taken care of for 20 bucks hella fast. Most places won’t let you bring your own oil so I’ll be returning the guy that helped me was super nice and this place is clean.

The Firestone sign has been taken down. The same individuals work there!

Hassan, the business owner is sincere and goes out of his way to treat his all customers like his own family. Hassan and his wife and staff are very friendly, cooperative and do their best to repair all vehicles in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. He is fair and considerate. He’s become our family mechanic.
He accepts walk ins and makes you feel that
your car is the most important car under his care. He’s very competent and knowledgable about car service and repairs.
He’s repaired my wife’s car, son’s car and my car and we drive away happy and complete satisfied with his work. We highly recommend this place !
Use him as your neighborhood mechanic.
He is good at his job, honest and treats will treat you fairly… like he’s done with us.

It is the worst business ever. Its receipt and tag and everything are not actually from Firestone. I am wondering how they could even use the logo of «Firestone». They lied on the price of oil change. Folks, be careful or just go to some other places.

Brought my vehicle in at 10am for an alignment and the owner said it would take 20 minutes. I said that’s fine I don’t need it until lunch time. Nobody calls since 4pm, I get their by 4:15pm and nobody touched it. I cancel my service and the paperwork says complete by 2 – 3. It’s my fault for not reading the Unilocal reviews prior to coming here, but at least I wasn’t scammed on $$$; only my time.

The scammiest business I have ever dealt with.
A: They are not a Firestone shop or affiliate and lie with a fake sign, a fake rubber stamp, and according to others posting on this shop claim verbally that they are an authorized Firestone dealer. Firestone corporate has been notified but I will definitely call them personally, it looks like some people have been taking things up with the BBB (I will too), and even potential criminal fraudulence may have CPD knocking on their door. (I would love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation).
B: Like other posters, they did not provide me with a written estimate for a starter motor replacement, which is apparently against the law. And also makes it easier to jack the prices as they see fit ($ 275 quote parts and labor on the phone, which turned into $ 340 when I had my car towed there and they looked up the price to obtain the part (that by itself wouldn’t be a huge deal as this has happened at more reputable auto care shops before). But no written estimate provided when I drop the car Sunday morning to have it fixed by Mon noon.
C. Get a call at ten in the morning as advertised, was in a business meeting. Get another call ten minutes later. My meeting lets out at 11:15 and I get a call from the owner just as I listened to vms and was going to call back. Now he wants to charge me $ 440 for the job. Why? He started hemming and hawing about using the highest quality parts available, and is non-​responsive/​evasive/​increasingly irritable when I ask simple breakdown of cost questions. He tells me the labor is more now but not why or how much, and I tell him that I think I can find the part cheaper and there is no reason he has provided why it would cost more than the verbal (and thus automatically fraudulent) estimate. We haggle for a bit, he says this is a waste of his time and that if I want to have a cheaper part installed I will have to obtain it myself and have it in his shop in the next 40 minutes (by noon) or he won’t do the job. Well, I’m a little crazed but focused at this point so I calmly call my very nearby O’Reilly’s on Union (I would give them 5 stars btw and will do so when I get this mess sorted out), find out they have my starter motor for a cool $ 197.99 plus $ 35 core deposit refunded upon returning old starter motor (this is a very standard practice with certain parts). I drive the 3 minutes away they are from my house, make my purchase, and drive the 5 minutes over to Fraudstone, getting there at 11:52 am. Surprised to see that my car is not in a bay but is parked in the lot. I go into the shop, plop the acquired starter motor on the desk, get a weird look from Hassad the fraudmaster like he didn’t expect I would pull this off in time and I sit to let him finish his business with another customer. After a minute he says that he won’t have the time to do the job until at least Thursday. It was obvious that when he realized that he wasn’t going to leech the money off of me that he was just trying to get rid of me at that point. I told him in no uncertain terms that I arrived before the arbitrary deadline he had set and that he was totally full of it and that he had obviously moved the car before I got there because he wasn’t ripping me off to the extent he wanted to. I told him that he was a liar and that I am very active on social media and he would have other agencies at his door soon as well. So now I have to use my AAA AGAIN to get the car towed off of his lot and I find out that I have no more service calls left for my membership year.
D. The good news is a nice young man comes up to me as I’m about to call AAA and introduces himself as a mechanic but he works on race cars (I’m assuming modified stock cars) and he was glad he heard how scammy this guy was being and asked me if I could recommend another nearby place for an oil change. I tell him of a place that I have had mixed experiences with nearby but should be safe for an oil change. He tells me of a friend that works out of a home garage in Almaden but also does house calls at no extra charge. I thank him, call his friend, and get an appointment set with a labor estimate of about $ 110 for 1.5 hours approx. at only $ 75 an hour, meaning the whole job would be just over $ 320 including tax and core refund. I had called three places before dealing with Señor Fraudmaster and they all gave quotes in the $ 400-​$ 600 range, including a very reputable shop in SF that I used to go to when I lived up there. So I’m crossing my fingers on this one, but I think I’m getting a good deal and will enjoy literally sending a shit storm to Hafraud. Say hello to corporate Firestone lawyers, possible CPD charges, curious local news outlets, BBB sanctions, and your Unilocal rating sinking further into troglodyte territory. You fucked with the wrong guy buddy! Hopefully we can find some nice people that can adopt your caged parrots that sit in their cages doing nothing, just staring unmoving dead silent.

Great group of guys. Wonderful people that are always willing to help. They have done several repairs on my car and have changed my oil multiple times. Extremely polite and extremely professional people. I will keep bringing my car back to this place and I recommend it to anybody else who is looking for good guys to repair your car

Worst tire shop I have ever been to charged me almost $ 300 bucks for a tire then tell me he is gonna charge me another $ 40 to put it on my truck! Worst place stay away from this place worst customer service, worst management! Calling BBB NOW! Deserves absolutely no stars!!!

The owner was a nice guy who I felt gave me a fair deal. Had the product in stock and gave me some good advice on some automotive questions I had. His English wasn’t the best but once you got past that all went well.
No complaints. Good for basic service and tires.

I went to this place bc it had Franchise name of Firestone in front and offered a deal oil change and tire rotation $ 24.00. I go in and there is no signage no prices nothing but birds (really). In the garage there is one employee working on a car acting like he doesn’t see me. As I’m getting ready to leave a man in a 3 piece suit gets out of a Mercedes with a woman and he looks at me puzzled. I told him I’d like an oil change and tire rotation for $ 24.00 he said ok. He took my keys and drove it into the garage. After he gets out of the car his mechanic tells him. Your going to make good money on this car referring to the SUV he has in pieces in the garage. It’s at that time I get up to leave the guy says you don’t have oil in your car. I told him yes I do. He said no I’ll show you. He didn’t. He then tells me the wrong oil is in the car and I’ll have to pay $ 60.00. I told him it was done at the Honda dealership. I’ll just take it back there he proceeds to tell me the dealership will charge hundreds of dollars I can do it for $ 60.00 I told him no. Back my car out I don’t want you touching my car.
If you value your car DO NOT TAKE IT THERE… this place and this guy is a joke.

I bought two new tires and the owner said its lifetime warrantee on em. A week later I got a flat tire n told the owner who was still here at 8p. N he said it was my fault that he’s going to charge me $ 40 to fix a flat!!! Who in there right mind charges $ 40 with a lifetime Warranty??? I WOUDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! N SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR BULLSHITTING!

They have an oil change and tire rotation special advertised out front for $ 24.99 so I went to take advantage of it. I have a Jeep with a full size spare mounted on the back, held on by 3 lug nuts. I asked for a 5-​tire rotation to keep the wear on the spare equal and I was told «we don’t do that, dealer only». I said I have a diagram of how it’s done, can you do the 5 tire-​rotation this way? «No» he says. So I ask how much more it will cost and he says $ 20. That’s absolutely ridiculous!
I’ve always had the 5-​tire rotation performed. Only once did a shop charge me an extra $ 5.
This place is a joke. No wonder it was empty.

$ 25 for a flat tire repair. There is a nail on the tire, not on sidewall. The repair guy is fast. But the cost is way above average.

I was 1000 miles overdue for an oil change and because I was in the area and in a rush I stopped at this location. When I returned ~1 hour after drop-​off, the lady at the counter said I needed to speak with the mechanic right away. Upon entering the repair area, I was shocked to see that all of my tires were off. The mechanic told me that I needed front and rear brakes and repeatedly told me that I was «gonna kill somebody». While I waited to pay, the lady at the counter went and asked the mechanic what I said. After I left I noticed that my car is making a new sound whenever I reach ~25mph. I have chosen not to return.
I am making this review as plain as possible for other folks to consider.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if lots of positive reviews appear shortly hereafter?

I paid for an oil change, what they did: nothing. I went to check with Jeffy Lube a week later about why the service light is still on. The result: the oil level is below minimum requirement.
This place is:

You would think that such a nice mom-​pop shop would not cheat you on services, think again! They can’t communicate clearly, lie, and don’t fix your stuff.

The worst costumer service ever for any business. I was turned around because all I wanted was to put air on my tires. The guy said «Go away Go. No service for you. Go».

This tire shop is a rip off. Quoted one price and had work done, completely different amount due when they were done. Asked for an explanation and was talked to rudely. I reported this issue with the state of California auto repair bureau. Not legal for them to not honor a quote. Take your business elsewhere.

Came to this company for tires and alignment for my Toyota Rav4. Service was excellent and speedy. The owner was efficient and thorough and gave me a great deal on all four tires. I will definitely be returning!
