I have had the incredible pleasure of working with Caspian IT Group over the past few months. The customer service I have received deserves the highest awards. Throughout many years in business we have gone through multiple IT companies and individuals as our needs have changed. With this being said, each person had worked off of what the previous had established. Borhan and Thomas took the time to meticulously figure out all of our issues and devise a plan to not only get our company back up and running efficiently, but also make it effortless on our end with a brand new and up-​to-​date start. Every day I am continually impressed with their customer service which I would more like to think of as teamwork. I’ve never felt taken advantage of as I had felt with other IT companies but instead I feel like we have just added more team members. We will continue to use Caspian IT Group without question and I recommend this company to anyone. Truly the best in the business.

I have had all of my personal and business IT services and products done by Borhan Zoufan for the past 10 years and look forward many more. He has proven to be very professional and amazing in his continuous efforts to expand his knowledge on the continuous evolving IT world. My most recent purchase from Caspian IT Group was a Dell 3600 Work Station with Dual Dell Monitors. I was blown away once again with Borhan’s very competitive pricing and super fast turn around. The computer is still working great and I occasionally get a call from Borhan to make sure everything is working to my satisfaction. This has proven to be the best ongoing customer service I have ever experienced. Another recent issue I faced was with one of my labtops. This labtop was the storage for all of my family pictures, etc. It died about a week ago and Caspian IT Group once again came to the rescue. I was worried that I lost all of my personal data that I have been building for the last 5 years since the monitor would not come on nor would the computer make any booting sounds. Even though the labtop would not turn on he was still able to extract all of my personal data from the computer and transfer to one of my desktops at a very reasonable price and at the same time insanely fast. In the end I would differently recommend anyone in the market for IT services and products to visit Borhan Zoufan at Caspian IT Group.

Recently my hard drive was damaged. I went to a company I have used in the past, Click Away in Campbell. Although the technician that helped me in the past was no longer there I let them work on my computer. They replaced the hard drive and transferred my data. Unfortunately some of my data, certain emails, they were unable to recover. After 10 days they gave up.
Fortunately I was able to find the former tech person, Borhan Zoufan, who is now at Caspian IT Group. I brought in my old hard drive and in 5 minutes he was able to accomplish what the people at Click Away were unable to do in 10 days. That’s right…5 minutes!!! Everything I lost was recovered.
