Cedars Studio Apartments

This place used to be good value for the location. I used to pay about 1400 for a small 380 square foot studio in this complex and I was happy there. I felt safe. A nice and responsive couple managed the building. However, property itself was extremely dated. The paint was chipping and old on porch/​deck area, the laundry room was always dirty, the cabinets and appliances were very old and dated and of very, very, very poor quality. Many units have drab beige carpet. But these things were tolerable for the price/​area. However, in July of 2015 the rent went up to 1800 and they began to charge for water on top of this when it was previously included. This place is not even close to worth it for that amount of money. 1 bedrooms in the area can be found for $ 50 more. And you can find studios in the area from 1500 to 1700. Take a second and consider other options before moving here. Properties in West San Jose can be just as close to downtown Campbell. The property management company that owns this complex is exceptionally greedy. This place is NOT worth the price.

Good studio apartments at a reasonable rate. I really like the location close to the Pruneyard and downtown Campbell. I frequently hit the Los Gatos Creek Trail for a run or bike ride. The area seems safe and relatively quiet. The neighbors at Cedars Studio are all fairly quiet and nice. Our landlords Jessica and Peter have just left. I’m going to miss them as they did a great job of running the place. They always responded quickly — but it’s not like there were many issues.

This is my favorite area for fun in the south bay, and the community is safe and friendly. Cedars Studios management is very personable and professional. They respond quickly and know their stuff. My apartment had no major problems for the full year I was there, any small problems were fixed right away, my neighbors were awesome, and in general it felt great to live there.

Quite Good. Super helpful management. Convenient Location. You pay about $ 900 for a studio, on a month to month lease. With such good value, whats there to think about?
