Established in 1985.

Doctors William Hoffman, Jr. and Michael McMurray have been in practice together in Campbell, CA for over 26 years. In 2004, the Doctors purchased their current building and renamed the practice Chiropractic Solutions and later added Dr. Matthew Scott to the practice in 2010. The Doctors at Chiropractic Solutions are deeply rooted in the Campbell and surrounding communities, treating young athletes to professional athletes, participating in public events, seminars, and speaking at local schools and organizations.

I have been seeing Dr. McMurray for about 5 years. He is a great chiropractor and the biggest thing for me is that whenever I have an emergency he takes care of me. Case in point this morning I was in horrible pain to the point that I couldn’t breath. I showed up at his office without an appointment and Dr. McMurray had left just minutes before I got to his office for a course. The girls called him on his cell and even though I did not expect him to come back to the office he drove back and took care of me even though he was going to be late for his class. That is the type of class act that he is and I would recommend him to any family or friend needing a good chiropractor.

A couple years ago i hurt my ankle really badly and had issues related to numbness and pain. I went physical therapy, was X-​rayed, put on ibuprofen, etc. in other words kaiser had no clue. This went on for year and half. I was refers to dr Hoffman and i kid you not!!! He corrected it in three weeks!!! It is almost impossible to find anyone i trust to manipulate my back and neck but he is the master!
Having sciatic issues it is hit or miss if a adjustment worked in past but not at this office. They help every time and i walk out a new man! I cant speak highly enough of all their staff, Camille manages to get me a slot in short notice when i am in pain. Always an awesome experience!

Dr. Scott rocks the house! I’ve been having gall bladder attacks awaiting surgery. As a final desperation for relief from this pain I was seen by Dr. Scott Saturday. Also had low right hip pain. He activated my entire spine. Then stretched it out on the cox table. After he finished, I was amazed! Gallbladder attack had subsided. No pain! It was like magic. I thought, will see how long this lasts… It’s Monday and I’m feeling great. Thank you very much Dr. Scott! :)

As a professional ballet dancer, Dr. Hoffman is the one I trust to help me through an injury. He not only treats for injury but has helped me to stay as healthy as possible in a field where pain and injury is expected. I could not recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Scott is amazing!!! Not only is he very nice, he is also a great Chiropractor. I have had back issues for 6 years now, and he is the only Chiro that I have found in the last 6 years, that can make my pain manageable. This last week, I hurt my back moving. I had to get an MRI and was told I had two slipped disk– I could barely move. A little over week later, I feel 100x better!

Been going to see Dr. Michael McMurray for over 10 years now. Best in the industry! I was in a serious motorcycle accident and was in so much pain and could barely move at all the next day. I went to the hospital and they couldn’t do anything for me so I called dad because he’s been to probably over a hundred different chiropractors over the past 25 years and swears up and down that McMurray is the best so I went. After the first visit I could notice a difference. They took X-​rays to know exactly what was going on but what was amazing was the before and after X-​rays for my spine. It took 15 weeks to go from almost completely immobilized to walking and skipping and a hopping again! Thanks you for that. I will continue referring my family and friends along with getting regular adjustments to maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.
First visit is free and each adjustment is around $ 50. Pretty cost effective in my opinion!

If I could give 10 stars for Dr. Scott, I would! I am 24 and was hit by a drunk driver 2 years ago, leaving me with 2 herniated discs and a pinched sciatic nerve. I was in LA at the time, so I sought care at other physical therapy locations, saw an orthopedic specialist, even got injections into my spine but still had pain. I also could only sleep if I slept flat on my back with a pillow under my legs.
I’ll never forget the first time I came in to see him, we sat down and I told him about what happened, the treatment i’d received and how it wasn’t working, plus my devastation thinking I will be in pain for life. He said him and 3 others in the Bay Area use a special technique that helps injuries like mine and assured me that his approach to healing the spine would help me get back to normal. I just burst out crying because for the first time I felt like there was hope. He was so supportive, something no other doctor had given me!
Needless to say, once I started seeing Dr. Scott, my pain started to alleviate slightly and overtime, improved drastically. He took the time to fully understand the pain I was going through and created a unique treatment plan for me that we developed over time into a nice weekly routine. Every time I saw him I felt like I was seeing a friend. He truly took an interest in my full recovery and I am so much better today because of him.
I am forever grateful for the care and support Dr. Scott provided me and this review is the one way I can try to repay him. I highly recommend him to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

Dr. Hoffman is fantastic and so knowledgable. Of course he can handle back and neck issues, but he can help with ankle sprains and many other body aches. On top of that he is the greatest guy in the world. Not only does my body feel better after a visit, I also am cheered up by Dr. Hoffman’s warmth. No better choice than Dr. Hoffman!

Upon arriving into San Francisco airport for my New Years vacationing I was having excruciating back pain. To make matters worse, I didn’t know any chiropractors in the area. Being a chiropractor myself, I went online to look for the most qualified chiropractor and found Dr. Michael McMurray. I drove two hours to and from my hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly and knowledgable staff. Dr. McMurray’s examination and treatment was world class and had me pain free and back to myself so that I could enjoy my vacation. I would definitely recommend Dr. McMurray, he is the doctors doctor.

I started going to Dr McMurray after I broke my jaw a couple months back. He would adjust my back from the accident as well as used ultrasound treatment of my jaw, both of which led to a much faster recovery. I also had a slight case of tmj, but since has gone away. Overall I’m impressed.

Read my story! This review is for Dr. McMurray.
I am only 35 and I already ran into a spine problem — my cervical disc C6/​7 herniated really bad, and started pushing into my spinal cord, causing real strong pain in the left arm and numbness in 2 fingers. I had an MRI done and I brought it to Dr.McMurray. He looked at the MRI and was very positive that he can fix that problem and I won’t need a surgery. 6 expensive visits later I was in the same place with the same pain as in the beginning. 2 different neurosurgeons concluded that I in fact needed a surgery — and they both advised me to avoid chiropractors as in my case it was dangerous (spine cord really squished by the raptured disc).
When I asked Dr. McMurray in the very beginning if my disc was simply bulged or raptured (when we looked at my MRI) — he said it was bulged, but it was in fact raptured (herniated), which is very different from bulged… in my case, there was no chance that Dr. McMurray could adjust my disc in any way — it was broken bad, yet he assured me again and again that he could really help.
All in all, I had a surgery done on June 17th, and I couldn’t be happier. 2 weeks later I am almost back to my normal activity. It was a disc replacement surgery, and the scan shows it’s picture perfect now. My surgeon (Dr. Kenneth Blumenfeld) is amazing! I am very happy with the surgery.
I just regret my decision to go against my surgeon advise and spent all this money trying to avoid the surgery because I was so scared of it.
If you are in the similar situation — make sure to evaluate your situation realistically. I was thinking that I had to try everything possible before committing to a surgery — and I regret this decision. I should have done my surgery sooner, and not to suffer in pain for so long (6 weeks).
Maybe chiropractors can help with the minor spine problems, but not the herniated discs for sure, not the ones that are affecting the spinal cord.

I have been to a lot of chiropractors in my life… but Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Scott (the two doctors who have treated me) are excellent and very personable! I had a full year of pain that was caused by a back spasm and then I got planter fasciitis in my feet which cause great pain and limitation. Dr. Hoffman’s adjustments and treatments were not only thorough, but lessened my pain greatly.
I am so grateful to have found such knowledgable and kind doctors. I recommend Chiropractic Solutions to all my family and friends when they find themselves in need of an adjustment or need treatment to get past an issue!

My grandma got into a car accident several years ago and was always complaining about her upper back/​shoulder areas, my uncle referred her to Dr. Scott. After about 3 sessions my grandma stopped complaining about her back and shoulder pain, I was so impressed I went in for a neck/​shoulder problem I was having myself and after 2 sessions the pain disappeared. Now my grandma and I go there for maintenance.
Dr. Scott is very polite and caring. He takes his time to understand the problem and than pin points a solution. I’ve been taking my grandmother to many chiropractors in the past and no one has been able to alleviate her pain like Dr Scott (trust me my grandma is not very easily impressed).
If you have any kind of pain in your joints, mussels, and/​or back give Dr. Scott a shot.

Dr. McMurray treated my disc bulge back in 2006. I was treated by other chiropractors who gave little relief and my condition become unbearable. I was referred to Dr.McMurry. I ended up driving 2 hours a day to receive his care. After 12 visits I no longer had to take the 18 Advil a day and got my life back.
I must admit during my treatment visits I was not always hopeful sometimes I had more pain after treatment. I know now this is part of the process based on my individual issues.
I have nothing but true gratitude for this amazing Doctor McMurray.
I trust him with my friends and family.
I hope this helps anyone in pain that is scared to pick up the phone for help.

I cannot express enough my 100% faith in Dr McMurray. I was already a believer in Chiropractic, but he takes it to the next level. He has a complete understanding of the human body and perhaps the most well-​read person I have ever met. His methods WORK… and not just for sudden back injury, but in overall good health and regular «tune-​ups.» He’s relatable, honest, patient and very friendly. His staff is always very efficient and nice as well.
I can’t say enough about how great I feel when I leave his office. I’ve done the leg work looking for other doctors, so spare yourself looking for anyone else! I drive 50+ miles just to see him and worth every penny. He’s really top notch.

A marching band I was helping teach played at the Nike Marathon about 3 years ago. A couple of the drummers couldn’t come to the gig, so I threw on a set and (kind of) played with them for the gig. Unfortunately, my back wasn’t prepared for it and I ended up with the beginnings of a bulging disk, which if you don’t know, does not go away and is incredibly painful.
About 4 weeks ago, I bent over to pick a shirt I had dropped on the floor and my back completely gave out. I fell face-​first into the ground and couldn’t walk properly for 3 days. I was referred by a client of mine to go see a chiropractor and I was EXTREMELY skeptical, but I trust her judgement in this arena so I went to see him.
Dr. Scott taught me how my back works, what I should avoid doing, how he’s using my anatomy to fix the disk, adjusted my workout routine and has corrected my posture by working on a separate old injury I wasn’t even aware of. It has been three weeks, three sessions a week and for the first time in three years my back does not hurt. We’re now beginning the process of weening me off his treatments and eventually we will just be doing checkups. I have full mobility back and my friends are all telling me that I walk differently now and look great!
I almost want to cry I’m so happy. It never stopped hurting, and for anyone who’s been living with pain, you know that the pain never stops; you just get used to it… You just expect it to hurt when you move. If I picked up my niece to hug her, the next day I would be wincing with pain. I really thought I was going to live with this every day for the rest of my life…
I’m beyond grateful, and as such I want to urge everyone else who feels like their back pain is hopeless to give this man a call… So call him. I told him that I was going to blow him up, but I don’t think he understands what he’s done for me.
(He’s a young, funny guy too, and pretty easy on the eyes… says the straight guy… Gotta mean something… Ladies)

Basically, all you need to know is that 9 years after moving out of the San Jose area, I’m still coming back to this amazing office when my body gets out of whack.
I love this office, the front desk staff is great and they work with your schedule as best they can. And of course, Dr. McMurray, Dr. Hoffman, and Dr. Scott are wonderful healers.
I keep trying to find a new chiropractor in SF, cause sometimes I really can’t make it to Campbell, and while I’ve been able to find DC’s that are good, they just don’t offer the array of techniquesChiropractic Solutions does. They seriously get me fixed up within a day or two when I’ve had pain/​stiffness for weeks. If anything, other chiropractors just keep me together long enough until I can get back to Campbell for a truly healing visit.
Come here, you really won’t be dissapointed!

Dr Scott and the whole team there at Chiropractic Solutions have been great to me after being hit by a car, I was in real pain and Dr Scott was amazing at taking all that pain away and knew exactly where to adjust my back and fix all the pain and get my back straightened out and functioning correctly again!
They are an amazing team!
Linda, their massage therapist is awesome too, I would recommend her very highly, she has the most amazing hands and knows exactly where to massage my back!
