We’re having a number of windows replaced (failed seals) and redoing a bathroom shower enclosure and mirrors and a glass entry door. So far J&M has been great! Lon is very helpful with good advice and has been at our site a number of times as we worked to finalize the quote and made a few changes. He was always there when he said he would be, which is really appreciated with our busy schedule. Sooooo much better than some of the other guys who didn’t want the business or just didn’t bother to return any calls. It seems like everyone else only wants the easy stuff. Looking forward to getting some clear windows installed soon!

After contacting a number of highly rated glass suppliers, I settled on J&M to supply 9 windows for my small medical office building in 2 orders. They asked good clarifying questions to help me pin down the details of my orders, beat their delivery estimates for both orders, and provided accurately sized units that look and function great.
When I realized I had made an error in the size of one window, they helped me get it changed (I was lucky enough that production had not begun on that unit).
Even though I’m not a high volume contractor customer, they took good care of me when many other companies were turning up their noses at my smaller job.

I’ve been working with Mark and his team for 25 years now, and will continue to for as long as I’m a remodeling contractor. They have everything I need when it comes to windows and sliding doors, as well as glass, such as shower enclosures and mirrors.
They stand behind their products, they have excellent relationships with their suppliers, and their glass installation team does fantastic work.
One thing I especially appreciate is their attention to detail. Even to this day, after 25 years of ordering, they always manage to ask a clarifying question I had not considered. That has saved my back side many a time. They are great team players.

Needed a very old model Eagle sliding screen door replacement. J&M found the model, ordered it and had it in no time. My screen has never worked so well since it was installed. Great service!

J & J installed a new shower door in my bathroom. The work was excellent and the shower door is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier! I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We use J & M just about on every project we build. They are professional, reliable and always willing to do the work and make everyone happy. I recommend them for any project large or small.

I ordered two custom bathroom mirrors. Each was a specific and different size. I planned to order a half-​inch bevel, but J&M recommended that a one-​inch bevel would look more modern and elegant, so I ordered that.
They were correct, the larger bevel looked great. The mirrors took a week, but the mirror surfaces were perfect and cut to the exact dimensions I specified. I had planned to use mounting clips, but they recommended using mirror adhesive and resting the mirrors directly on the stone backsplash using small neoprene spacers they provided. Their recommendation worked great.
J&M was $ 80 cheaper than another well-​reviewed Unilocal vendor. I’m super happy with the result.

Had my french doors adjusted and the weather stripping replaced. Mitch and Chris were punctual, professional and thourough. Overall very great expeirence. They cleaned up after the job was done.
The price was just as quoted.

This post is related to another post I wrote about another window company in Campbell at which I had a terrible pre-​sales experience. I promptly left that place and came to J&M Windows, where I had a great sales experience. Mark was the sales person I worked with a J&M. I am a newbie windows purchaser and was using my own contractor. Mark explained everything to me that I needed to know in clear straightforward language, and he was very patient as I had to make multiple trips to ensure the correct windows and measurements needed for my remodel. The windows came on the timeline he specified and J&M delivered to our house. I am very happy with the service and professionalism I received and would gladly use them again.

Great Service and Price!
We needed a large front dual pane picture window replaced after it was vandalized. First we called the Eagle Window Co (Murray Windows) who originally installed all our windows during a major remodel – what a mistake for many reasons. Then I called our contractor and he recommended J&M Glass. Wow, what great service.
First J&M insisted on measuring and inspecting the window/​job site before giving a bid. (Murray
made me send iphone pics and had no intention of coming to measure or inspect
the damage). J&M taped our shattered window to give it some more stability at no charge. They just did it because it was the right thing to do. Then the bid came in with the same labor charge as Murray but $ 1000 less for the same window from Eagle windows!
Installation was perfect. They brought 3 men to remove the damaged window and replace with the new Eagle window unit. I have never seen such careful and clean work. They did not damage the plants under the window. They put down tarps to keep any broken glass out of the plants and off our wood floors. Some glass from the broken window did fall and I saw them pick up the small pieces out of
our landscaping. They were WONDERFUL, clean and professional.
For comparison, Murray window wanted me to provide a «guy» to help unload the
300lb window and I would accept full responsibility if the window did not fit – it was in their contract bid with the same $ 800 labor charge as J&M!
So if you need windows, repairs, service of any kind call J&M. I know I will call them for all my window needs and happily tell my friends about their fair pricing and great service! Do not make the mistake of walking in to Murray window which is 500 ft away from J&M!

Very professional and easy to work with Steve @ J&M. Stays on top of things and works thru problems ASAP. I could ask no more. Purchased 24 windows had a manufacture issue but J&M worked with them and it was a quick replacement.

What great customer service!
I went in with a screen handle that was broken and I asked if they could order me one. I left the handle with them and asked them to call me when they knew how much it would be. I got a call and the guy said that Milgard didn’t carry that handle anymore but that he was able to take a handle off an old screen he had and I could come in and pick it up. No charge!
Well, I am so happy that he was able to help me and more impressed that he went out of the way to get me a handle without charging me. This says a lot about this company. Who does anything these days without asking for something in return. What a great experience!
