Best life coach. This review is long overdue. I’ve been working with Kaaren as my business and life coach for almost 4 years now. As a busy mom, wife and business owner, I struggled with my life balance. The benefit that I have received from her guidance and mentorship has been invaluable. I saw Kaaren for a Soul Profile Reading. I didn’t know much about the process, but I was very open and willing to learn about what Kaaren was offering. I learned details about my Soul’s origins and history, and what special gifts and purpose I bring into this lifetime. Kaaren also helped uncover and clear any negative influences from past and present lifetimes that may currently be affecting me. What I love about Kaaren’s work is that her approach was palpable, easily digestible, and not overwhelming. She was intuitive, gentle, kind, warm and welcoming. Kaaren is very grounded in her work. I never felt like she was feeding me generic information she gives all of her clients. It felt very personable. And, she allowed me to record our meeting, so I didn’t have to take notes. This review is long overdue. I worked with Kaaren almost a year ago and my health took a 180 degree turn. I came to her tired, numerous stomach issues, headaches… basically existing but not LIVING life. After a few months of working together, eliminating my body of toxins, and learning how to nourish myself in a healthy way, all of my symptoms were gone. I also lost 30 pounds! I’m so thankful I found Kaaren and am grateful for all that she taught me.

Kaaren is the go to person for any questions regarding nutrition. I approached her because I was looking for someone to help me with my digestive issues after seeing several other doctors. She has multiple methods to help you determine what your body needs. After a few sessions I also used her life coaching services. Not only is she good a listening but asking the right questions based on her intuitive abilities to help me find clarity in my life.

Our first appointment consisted of a thorough review of my blood work with recommendations for a few dietary changes and a review of values important to me. I had a soul blueprint reading with Kaari a little over a month ago. I found the soul blueprint/​akashic records idea fascinating! She is amazingly intuitive and truly a gentle soul. Working with Kaaren has changed my life!
I met with Kaaren over one year ago when my entire life was a mess. Not only had I moved from southern California to the Bay Area, but my entire lifestyle changed. I found myself feeling overall horrific — I was lethargic, moody, confused — my complexion was awful, my stomach was always a bother, and I had gained 15 pounds.
Before our first meeting, Kaaren sent a long series of questions that seemed to touch every aspect of my life. When I did meet with her, she had some ideas of what was going on, explained the science behind it, and gave me some new habits to try out. She also did some physical tests that blew my mind! I began working with Kaaren to lose weight. At the time, I never imagined that she might be able to help restore my health following a 15 year chronic illness which had destroyed my quality of life. I had seen many doctors and tried many different treatments but I had never experienced a practitioner who so thoroughly studied my situation and planned for my recovery. It seems that there was never a doubt in her mind that my health could be turned around… I was skeptical… but she was right.

Kaaren has been wonderful!
Without getting into too much detail, I recently had some health challenges and really needed the assistance to check out our current habits, help make some changes and educate us (the family). I really thought this was going to be a long haul. But in a fairly short period of time she identified issues I had (I did not even realize I had a problem) and helped me heal and really changed how I felt mentally and physically.
To top it off I had been in the process of trying to reduce my weight and had been a bit successful on my own but it was taking forever. Hit a bit of a wall even with all the exercise. She said «I can get you close to your goal in three weeks». No way! Yes way! She put me and my wife on a program that helped not only come close but beat my goal. I reset my goal and have not been in this good of shape since high school.
And she has really helped our entire family get on a proper track for life. Great results and now we have some great tools for life.

The best thing about working with Kaaren Chinello and her Imagine Thriving organization, is how wonderful she is about not making assumptions about you or your diet, nor being in any way judgemental about anything you do.
It is this reasonable and gentle approach that make her the nutritionist you want to see! She has such a broad understanding of nutrition and lifestyle that you sense you are communicating with a person that can get you back to GOOD HEALTH with ease. It is slow the sense that she’s is addressing your whole being inside and outside.
I want to ‘second’ the comment about her ability to LISTEN… which is not something we get from our regular physicians and general practitioners these days, is it?

Kaaren Chinello with Imagine Thriving helped me figure out why I was having a hard time losing weight after I had my son (second child). She helped me with my body chemistry, digestion, and gave me a nutrition plan to replenish my depleted body of the minerals that I was not absorbing. Her detox and weight loss plan worked wonders! I lost the final 10 pounds and fit into my pre-​pregnancy clothes again! My skin has improved and I am even starting to grow hair that was lost during pregnancy! I have more energy and she has also helped me to sleep through the night (only if the children permit!). Clearly, I’ve been very happy with her! I’ve been working with Kaaren for awhile on some weight loss goals along with addressing some minor but nagging physical complaints MD’s never seem to have the time or inclination to acknowledge.
In my mind, what makes Kaaren so effective is not just her excellent level of knowledge but her ability to *listen*!

This review may be a bit short, but I feel strongly enough to write a review on this person and their services.
We decided to see a nutritionist after my wife’s diagnosis with cancer. Needless to say this isn’t a person you would see to learn more about the 4 basic food groups. This is a person you would see to learn and identify anything that could be wrong with your diet that could lead to your current state. I strongly believe that if you or a loved one has any serious disease or in a situation that could be a result of nutrition problem then I recommend it is worth your time and money. My wife gained a much better understanding of what were things that could have contributed to her state. Kaaren also was able to help identify the supplements needed during her treatment before chemo as well as after chemo to stay as strong as possible. She also helped us make some significant diet changes that should help reduce the chances that this disease will come back.
If I had to go back and change anything differently I would have wished we saw Kaaren before my wife got her diagnosis. Things might have been differently.
I also think she is pretty fair and practical on diet. I’ve been reading a lot about diet and there is so much out there it’s easy to be overwhelmed. I think having somebody like Kaaren is helpful because she is well versed on the latest in the field and can keep you on the right track.
