We purchased a Subaru wagon in March 2009. While everyone was nice enough, we would not buy from them again.
We test drove the car and it started to over heat. Buck came out and put water in the car. Said the car was just low on water. We should have walked away. But my daughter loved the car.
Once a price was agreed on, we were told that price did not include the warranty that had been advertised. If we wanted that, then it was more. Should have gotten the warranty.
In less than 6 months, we’ve replaced the radiator, thermostat and head gasket and spent over $ 2200! They were no help, nor offered any discount or assistance in getting the car fixed. Definitely felt like we were sold a lemon car!

Norm is an honest guy running an honest business. He’s also very knowledgeable about the inventory he has (and about trucks in general). It’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for a used truck.
