From the very first project, she pledged Maxim Interiors would not skimp on details when creating marketable properties. Unlike other staging companies, she used real furnishings as apposed to air inflated, rattan or vignette styles to ensure maximum impact to potential buyers.

Business Owner
While working in the most profitable real estate brokerages in Northern California, Tina learned first hand what it took to market a home successfully. Prior to working as a sales associate, she worked as an in-house marketing director. Under that title she was exposed to thousands of homes for sale and coordinated photo shoots and cosmetic improvements.
Prior to Real Estate, she spent 8 years nurturing an Interior Design career. Her specialty was residential lighting, hardware and finish treatments. By consolidating both careers, she has structured a successful home staging company and proven herself to be an expert in her field.
Beyond staging, she remains active in local real estate boards, various staging associations and contracted design consultant for real estate investors on quick-turn rehab properties.
