The coffee was wonderful. BUT when I stepped up to order I was ignored. When I was finally helped I was served with poorly disguised anger. However the coffee was wonderful.

I normally like this coffee shop. But no AC on a hot day and wi-fi that doesn’t work is not a good place to sit and relax or work.

Best wifi I downtown. House made pastry. Coffee roasted on premise! Great place. It’s the heart of Campbell.

Coffee is reasonably good. Lots of tables and great accommodation for those of us who are working. Comfortable chairs. But, there is a really bratty young woman who works in there that is 1) not too bright — she can never figure out what I am asking for — and 2) today, she was sullen after she got my order wrong. Double espresso over ice and I would like the carton of cream to splash over it. Delivered: double americano over ice with half and half already added. I am getting kind of tired of going there.

I was in there a while back with my legitimate service dog. I realize that there are tons of people faking service dogs and it is frustrating for restaurant owners who encounter this. The owner asked me to leave because of my dog. I was polite and showed her my service tag issued to my by the county. I told her she could photo the tag and keep it on file. I also told her she could call the number on the tag for verification. Not good enough, she insisted that I leave. I finally told her that I wasn’t leaving and she could call a cop. So guess what? She did. The cop told her I was legit and that I could stay. What a hassle.

This used to be a five-star place. The old employees that used to work here were great. now it’s hit-and-miss. Coffee is always good here, they roast their own Beans here. Food here is pretty good, just employees are not the same

Meh! They have a great location but that’s about it. Coffee is fair, food doesn’t look fresh or appetizing. Kind of a run down place and lack of good vibes. Staff attitude for sure can be improved upon. It’s a darn shame. Seems like this place could really rock it if they put a little more TLC in the place. The gal that took ok my order today, around 8:15am just acted very unenthusiastic – blank stare not even a friendly smile to offer up.

These independent coffee shops are great. Large location with tons of table. Little bit lacking on the food side when I went, but could be because I went here at 6PM. Low key place for a meeting, study time, or reading. Not a ton of plugs for your laptop, but they have a few along the wall.

The four stars is for the coffee and white mochas which are literally the best I’ve ever had. Not to sweet and does the trick to wake you up. Their downtown blend for coffee is robust and flavorful. The prices are reasonable and companies with chain stores cheaper. I agree with others the customer service could use a tweak. I go in in the middle of the day and employees often need to finish their personal conversation before they help me. Other times a cashier can be rude. I literally go here everyday and one day I had $ 1 less than credit card minimum and they would not make an exception. So I drove to Starbucks. Not the end of the world but I mean come on… Coffee is great. And inside is comfy for the most part.

A lot of regulars come here, including myself since I work literally a block away. My coworkers and I stop by almost every day for a quick breakfast to go. It’s about time I write a review since I now understand this place. First off, whoever the manager/owner is, you need to tell your employees to stop being RUDE. Omg. The vibes that we get are extremely shady. They make us feel like we have done something wrong when they misunderstood what we wanted. This situation was a while back, but my coworker ordered a breakfast burrito with egg whites only, extra bacon, and cheese. Simple request right? Nope. She got a burrito with the yolk included and almost no bacon. And she paid a lot extra for this which she was fine with in the first place. She called them right away and told them and they gave her SO much attitude. There was a lot of push back and a lot of «Well you!!!» and«This and that» and made her feel like she was in the wrong, even though she did not get what she asked for. It got to the point where she had to ask for her money back and make sure she got what she wanted. The second burrito was not even right, SMH. So she gave up. We did NOT go to Orchard for months and started going to Starbucks where they treat us extremely well and even know my name. I remember I came back a few months later and the first thing the lady said to me was«Oh where’s your friend, the picky one?» I’m like excuuuuuuse me??? You don’t know me and her like that. Well if you didn’t suck at listening to her, this would not have happened. Today for example. My other coworker ordered a breakfast burrito for my boss with only eggs, cheese, and hashbrowns, as she is a vegetarian and does not eat meat. We brought it back, she had a bite, and she said it reeked of bacon. I called the place and said hey, there’s bacon in my burrito and we said no bacon. She said«Oh so you want only hash browns, eggs and cheese?» I said yes. She said«Ok it will be ready in 10min, just bring back the old one so we can show the chef. Like what the actual fuck? Show the chef what? My greasy bitten burrito? She should have said«Oh so sorry about that. I apologize, it will be ready in 10.» I walked over and she had it out for me and I said thank you. Her feedback to my coworker who ordered was«Next time, she should say«no meat» because we were confused.» My thoughts… We said ONLY eggs, cheese, and has browns so you add bacon and didn’t check to see if we even wanted bacon, even though was said«ONLY»? Rude. Who talks to their customers like this? I only come here out of convenience but I can honestly say I strongly DISLIKE the people who work here. Y’all are rude and I’ll put on a fake smile because you’re my neighbor and I support small business in my hometown, but seriously… GETITTOGETHER! You’re not a 5***** restaurant, SMH.

Great study spot because there’s so much space and outlets on the floor(literally whoever decided to put them in is a God send). I usually get the mexican mocha whenever I come here. Since it is a big area it can get loud with people talking but still a place I like to come and study at.

I love the study environment. Spacious, plenty of lighting from the open windows, and a variety of seating. However, the Frosted Mexican Mocha and Artichoke Quiche I ordered were not so delightful. The Frosted Mexican Mocha was way too sweet and the Artichoke Quiche was flavorless and look and tasted as if it had been baked ahead of time and then reheated. I didn’t end up finishing either. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong items. I really liked the study environment here, so I’m willing to give this place another shot.

This is a large place with tons of seating, a great place to meet up with a group. My book club meets here and we haven’t had much issue getting enough seating to accommodate everyone. It’s often packed but Sunday evenings are pretty quiet so it’s the perfect place for our meeting.

The place is cute, warm in the physical/literal sense, but the main cashier leaves MOUNTAINS to be desired in the customer service arena. She’s short/curt on her verbiage, no smiles for anyone, co-workers or customers. Doubtful I’ll be coming back here. There’s simply too many other similar places that are welcoming & friendlt

Came here with a good friend of mine to catch up this afternoon. What a cute coffee shop in Campbell. I ordered the usual brew and it was a self-serve station(which is fine) but the coffee was just, well… Warm I guess? I’m used to the piping hot brews where a splash of my half and half will help it cool down a tad. Found a corner to charge my phone while catching up with a friend. Good ambience, just needs to make sure coffee is always fresh. Ps. Found an iPhone in the bathroom… I turned it in. Hopefully that person comes back for it. :)

Crowded! No bueno. Came here to study after having breakfast at Mo’s down the street. I came on a Sunday morning, so I guess it explains why it was so crowded. Every Sunday, Downtown Campbell has the farmers market(check it out!!) The place looks huge from the outside, but for a big place like that, I didn’t think there were nearly enough seats for people. The line tends to get pretty long, with only one person at the register and one gal making the drinks(maaaaybe it was just that morning that they were short-staffed). Their power outlets are found on the floor. Gotta get lucky with finding a seat near them. I ordered the zebra mocha, pretty good, so I’ll come back, hehehe.

Okay so this was my second time coming here and although I do love the atmosphere of this place I still have a few complaints. I’ll start with the good. As I said I love the atmosphere here; this is how a coffee shop should look. Plenty of seating, plenty of parking, the lighting isn’t too harsh on my eyes(I’m very sensitive to bright lights), and I always enjoy the friendly buzz of chatter since it makes the place feel alive. The service was… well, «meh». I got my food/drink fairly quickly, but they really don’t put any effort into making you feel welcomed here. Not a huge deal to me, I tend to keep to myself anyway, but it’s something to consider. Free wifi here is a huge plus in my book. Onto the bad. This time I ordered an ice tea with a plain bagel. My bagel wasn’t bad tasting, but I didn’t enjoy the ice tea at all. It was very watered down to the point where it just tasted like bitter ice water. Last time I was here I also tried the ice coffee and it suffered from the same fate, slightly too watery and not strong enough for my taste. As I mentioned before the service here isn’t the greatest, especially in terms of friendliness. Also the table I sat at had fresh coffee spills on it and I almost accidentally put my sleeve on it. Wasn’t very happy about that at all. Complaints aside, I probably will continue to stop in here from time to time. The wifi is really good and the food isn’t bad either. I’m sure I can find a coffee drink I would like, I’ll have to do some more experimenting next time I go.

This is a great local spot and different from the nearby chain coffee houses. The coffee is fresh brewed with several daily sections to choose from. Of course you can get the usual Latte or Cappuccino etc. they have lots of great baked goodies, quiche and a lot more to snack on. There are several tables outside and a lot of tables inside. There are a couple of couches in front of the fireplace, winter fires only! The staff is really friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to relax enjoy some good coffee and conversation. And yes free WiFi.

Iced Vanilla Latte. I really like the area that this coffee shop sits in. I also like the coffee shop itself. The shop offers a full range of drinks and ample seating. The Iced Vanilla Latte seemed almost watered down. It was extremely weak and could’ve passed as milk and water over ice. I didn’t finish the drink and it was pretty much a waste of money. I can’t recall how much it was. If I could go back in time, I would’ve kept on walking and not waste the money. I may have not even received the right drink. Customer Service is AOK. The shop also seemed like it was comfy enough but I took my drink to go. I could see myself hanging a bit with friends here or even doing some work or using the wifi. Parking can be difficult but I was lucky enough to find street parking right in front. Overall, I have had better… rounding up to 3 Stars.

One of my favorite neighborhood coffee shops! It’s so nice to have a local non-chain coffee shop around with a cool vibe, airy atmosphere, and lots of seating. Did I mention wifi, a great selection of drinks, and comfortable seating? Ranging from meet-ups, to study sessions, to a good place for solo work, this coffee shop offers he perfect ambience for anyone needing a breath of fresh air out of their regular day. I definitely recommend this place! And while you’re at it, walk around the cool shops at Campbell. There’s plenty to do in this cute city!
