Been going to Julie for years! Beautiful building, with fantastic service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for facials or waxing!

I’m so exited about this place! Kristin and the team have been so great to me from their sister salon in Los Altos and now there here closer to where I love with open appointments!
This place is beautiful, airy open and welcoming with a nice twist introducing a rock style theme. But honestly it completely works!
Their products are the only ones that work for my pale, prone to breakout skin.
Kristin is amazing at facials, honestly she really listens, helps and works closely with you to figure out the best way to improve things. She’s honest too which makes it even better for me.
Overall I’m delighted that Julie and team have opened this place, check it out it’s really worth it. I can see it being perfect for a girls day out!

Love this new place! Julie is amazing :) Ever since she has been taking care of my face, my skin has finally calmed down and cleared up. She is a miracle worker. Kristin is the best! I’ve been seeing her for facials for years at Bloom, and she’s helped me through the good times and the bad with my skin. I get regular facials with microdermabrasion and my skin is always glowing at the end. I can’t recommend Kristin highly enough — she’s awesome!

One of the best facials I have had. Jinah explained each step and answered my questions thoroughly. I had the microdermabrasion and can already see the difference. Extractions were inevitable but not too painful.

I have been seeing Julie at Bloom Skincare in Los Altos for many years for waxing and facials. When she opened Ritual Day Spa, I just had to come check it out. The new space is really fun and relaxing. I love the rock music playing softly in the background.
The facials are the best, I love the fact that I get results and a bit of relaxing too. Julie really knows how to take care of her clients. Always very professional and fun at the same time. This place is the best for your skincare and waxing.

A little slice of heaven in a great little town. Amazing setting and outstanding service. You are greeted by flavored water, mixed nuts, a cozy warm bed and aestheticians that are perfectionists. No pressure to buy products (although they are great) and so many services to choose from.
I have had facials for over 25 years and this is by far the best. Give Ritual a try. You won’t be disappointed.

When I was first looking for a place to get waxed 5 years ago I did a ton of research (I really wanted to find a place where I wouldn’t be worried about cleanliness and where I would feel comfortable with who was waxing me) and landed on Ritual’s sister location «Bloom Skincare» in Los Altos. I’ve been going to them every month for the last five years, even though I’ve moved twice since then. Every wax and facial I’ve gotten have been amazing. They even keep notes on what works and what doesn’t work for you (hard vs soft wax etc) so they can customize your wax/​facial to whatever works best for you. The ladies who work there are all wonderful at what they do and super friendly. They always have water and some small snacks out which is great when I’m coming straight from work. Additionally, the rooms are always extremely clean and perfectly set up with pretty décor.
I was really excited to hear that they’d opened another location in Campbell, because it’s significantly closer to where I live now. The new location is just as nice and clean as the old one with very cool decorations, relaxing music, and the staff is just as friendly and professional as they are at Bloom. They’ve also been really accommodating about scheduling me. If a time that they know works better for me becomes available they always call/​text and check in with me.

I went to Ritual for the first time today. What a great location — next time, I am going to leave more time to walk around downtown Campbell.

The service at Ritual Day Spa is attentive and meticulous, just what you would want from a day spa! I received an excellent facial here (great extractions!), and will definitely be returning. The place itself is newly renovated and very clean. The décor is modern with a glam/​edgy rock & roll vibe that is pretty cool, and it is centrally located in downtown Campbell. Next time, I’ll plan on combining my spa treatment with brunch nearby!

Let it be known, I am a man and I do get facials. Now that that is out of the way. I’ve had facials fairly regularly since my sister, an esthetician, needed a guinea pig to complete her program. That was probably about 10 years ago now. Fast forward to today and I’d consider myself well-​versed in the qualities that make a good facial. This then leads me to my review of Ritual Day Spa. The location is most certainly new, but the staff is talented and professional. As an added bonus, the whole place has a cool vibe and aesthetic — Jimmy Hendrix being heard playing softly in the background. They carry their own white-​labeled products and I purchased a few since they match some that work for me and that I’ve used before. All in all, I’d recommend a visit to Ritual. The sum total of the service and atmosphere is well worth a visit.
I received a traditional service with a mask, extractions, cleansing, a head/​shoulder massage, and aromatics delivered via oils applied to waving/​undulating hands.
Note: Parking can be a bit frustrating on busy weekends in Downtown Campbell as I unfortunately found out, but there is a garage two short blocks down from here. You can use the walk to peruse one of the many shops along the way so it’s not all bad.

I’ve had many facials over the years and I have to say the ones I get from Kristin are by far the most amazing. In my past experiences my skin would have more blemishes after all the extractions and look more pissed off. So not the situation with Kristin. I leave with my skin feeling and looking radiant. She has the magic touch.

I first went to Ritual Day Spa in Jan. 2016. It is a brand new and beautiful spa. My aesthetician was Kristin and she was amazing (she’s incredibly knowledgable). I highly recommend working with Kristin and I give the establishment two thumbs up! I can say that I’m now in a «committed relationship» with my aesthetician :)

SO excited to have Ritual Day Spa open in downtown Campbell! I had been seeing Kristin for a long time up in Los Altos at Bloom — because even though I live in Campbell, she was worth the drive! Ritual has such a unique, hip vibe that you don’t normally see in spas, but with every bit of the immaculate and professional service. The experience here is more than relaxing — it’s re-​energizing and I would recommend a facial by Kristin to anyone looking for the best skin they’ve ever had!

The most amazing, relaxing facial I’ve ever had. The space is beautiful, inviting with a friendly and welcoming staff. They also do waxing and soon, massage. I can’t wait to come back and try more services! Located right in the heart of downtown Campbell. Parking was easy too!

The service is the same as Bloom, impeccable, effective, and relaxing. The only thing that’s changed is the name, location, and amazingly fun décor!
I get both facials and waxing from my GO-​TO gal Kristin, and cannot tell you how wonderful both services are, a true one stop shop! The new décor and music choices are FOR SURE going to make this new space a monthly retreat and RITUAL! Yay!

Facials for extractions and exfoliation (micropen) are superb! Staff is professional and listens to customer needs for treatment priorities. No upsell, just quality service at a reasonable price.

I was introduced to Bloom when I moved back from Boston in 2009 and have loved every service I’ve received. I got my brows down at Ritual and it was the same great service, ambiance, décor and experience I’ve had at Bloom but in adorable downtown Campbell. I love how my brows look every time I leave! I’ve already booked my appointment for next month and can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Ritual’s sister spa, Bloom, for several years and thought I’d check out the new space. Needless to say, the same fantastic service and products have made their way from Los Altos to Campbell! The staff is great, the ambiance is totally hip and cool and it’s worth the extra minutes in the car to enjoy. Plus it’s chance to walk around a different downtown and combine a facial with a really fun outing. Definitely will be coming back for more. Loved it!

I am so happy to have found a place that is both convenient to where I live AND that provides great service! I have tried a few of their services including facial and brow wax. I am excited to have found a place where the people, the space, and the services are all AMAZING! I love how the staff talk to you about what you need/​want and ask questions before jumping into the service. They help focus on problem areas and take the time to understand what you need. The staff are professional and fun. I can’t wait to try out a massage when they start offering that service! I will definitely be coming back for future services.

Really enjoyed my visit. The spa is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My brow and bikini wax was done as quickly and as comfortable as possible. And I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back!

Manage to squeak in before the official opening and WOW! Really great addition to downtown Campbell. The atmosphere and décor are edgy and everyone who worked there was really patient and engaging. I had a wax and eyebrow tint. All of the services were performed quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely be back!
