Perfect health is defined as «a balance between body, mind, and spirit.» At South Bay Holistic Health, our practitioners have knowledge of multiple holistic and complementary therapies, which allows them to find the most individualized and appropriate solution for each client.

Homeopathy — A safe, gentle, and profoundly effective system of medicine which stimulates the body’s own core vitality and innate healing ability to restore health.

Reflexology — A drug-​free, non-​invasive holistic therapy based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to every gland, organ, and body part. Manipulating the appropriate reflex points can affect organs and systems throughout the entire body to promote health.

Polarity Therapy — A natural health care system based on the premise that we are fields of pulsating energy made up of specific frequencies, and health is the fluent and harmonious movement of energies at subtler levels. With this understanding, Polarity Therapy addresses the interdependence of body, mind, and spirit.

History

Established in 2005.

Hadi Fatemi and Azadeh Olia are a husband and wife who were introduced to homeopathy in 2002 while searching for a cure for their 7 year old daughter who had suffered from repeated sinus infections and allergies since birth. Western medicine seemed unable to help, and in fact after two sinus surgeries and countless antibiotics, had only succeeded in making her sicker, lactose intolerant and emotionally volatile. Out of desperation, they tried homeopathy and were astonished when within a few months their daughter became healthier than ever; could eat everything, became calm and peaceful, and sinus infections and allergies became a thing of the past. Over a decade later, their daughter continues to enjoy perfect health. However, that introduction to homeopathy was the catalyst which propelled them to pursue this amazing healing art with the intention to bring the same miraculous recovery and health to others. And so their journey towards holistic health began.

Meet the Business Owner

Azadeh O.

Business Owner

Azadeh, a former NASA engineer, decided to change her career path to homeopathy after witnessing her daughter’s miraculous recovery. She completed the four-​year degree in Classical Homeopathy at the Institute of Classical Homeopathy (ICH). In the past, she has taught at the ICH clinic and has volunteered at Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic (CMCC) in San Francisco, providing free treatments to low-​income cancer patients.

Hadi, also an engineer, followed suit soon after and completed his studies in homeopathy. Since then, they have explored many holistic paths and have studied and trained in other wonderful complementary therapies, including Polarity, Reflexology, massage and Cranio-​Sacral Therapy.

Their knowledge of multiple holistic therapies allows them to find the most appropriate solution for each client. And their goal, as always, is to remove suffering to the best of their ability.
