I love coming here when Maria is working! She remembers my typical order and remembers an extra egg for my dog. Maria is personable, fast, friendly, and great mannerisms! The food is typical Subway and the place is clean. I’ve had two other employees serve me and they were ‘eh.’ MARIA is a great asset to this Subway!!!

Even though millions of dollars were spent on Subway’s December Special ad campaign, you would hardly know at this location. Not a piece of signage posted anywhere. Yes, you can still get a $ 26″ meatball or cold cut sandwich, but not before your sub maker looks at you puzzled like she’s never heard of such a promotion, thus making you feel like a cheap dumb-ass for even asking about it. The meatball sandwich is ok, especially for 2 bucks, but this franchise owner needs to fall in and go with the corporate support its getting. Not play dumb and pretend that certain promotions don’t exist. But Hell. It’s Subway. Wish there were a Togo’s closer

The only reason i frequent this location is because i work near it. TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. No sense of urgency, staff is always texting. I have never seen a single employee smile. They make it clear with every sandwich that they make that they do not want to be here…

This is my favorite Subway of all time! The staff(Owner and counter person) know me by my face. They know my husband and son. It’s so nice to go somewhere were the place is clean, food is fresh and the staff take the time to get to know you. They honestly care to get to know us and our likes and preferences. We have been coming here for atleast 5 years now. We have tried others but always return to this place. I recomend the big hot pastrami or BLT, my husband loves the Subway club and my son prefers the Italian BMT

Why you hide the baby spinach? Please be more friendly too! Is it that cheap to open a store so everybody is cutting corners?

I came here for breakfast yesterday morning with my boyfriend for the $ 3 breakfast combo. Overall, the breakfast sandwiches were delicious, but the store was poorly prepared for customers. –the eggs were in their back room, not in a compartment near the meats/cheeses like other Subways. So the worker had to walk to the back 2 times just while helping us. –the manager ended up ringing us up, but he kept mixing up our sandwiches with the sandwiches for the guy behind us. It’s not that hard, the sandwiches that are grouped together are the sandwiches that get rung up together. –our sandwiches took FOREVER to be made. It was just 26″ breakfast sandwiches, nothing special. –we wanted coffee with our combos, and there were no cups at counter level. The manager had to climb a ladder to grab cups from a high shelf. I feel like they should be prepared for people to order coffee. –there was only enough coffee for one of us to get coffee. Usually other Subways have two pitchers of coffee ready to go. When we brought this to the managers attention, he didn’t offer to brew any more, he just said to take a drink from the fridge. My boyfriend was disappointed that he couldn’t get coffee. –there were no coffee lids by the coffee machine, I had to ask for one. The Subway on San Thomas Aquino Road is way faster, and way better prepared for customers who may unexpectedly order something that’s on the menu.

This is my go-to Subway! The employees are super friendly and fast at what they do. I actually didn’t like subway much at all until I found this location. The ingredients are fresh, portions are great and the store is clean and welcoming. The other great thing, this one is open until 10:30p.

Every once in a while, when I feel like a sandwich and want it fast, then I’ll go to Subways. Actually, they serve a decent meal for the value. It can be served toasted and you can select from a variety of meats and toppings. The Tuna, Chicken Bacon, Meatball and Club are some of the favorites. They have specials of the day or week too. This location has a well trained staff, they are fast and know how to make a sandwich. All in all, if you’re in the area looking for a meal at a good price or only have a few minutes for lunch, check it out.

I have to agree with the prior poster. This is one of the best subways I have been to. My sandwich was actually toasted, they sliced my chicken to make sure the inside was warm, and when taking my cash, the cashier was very friendly. Sure, the food is the same as the others, but the customer service sets this store apart. Kudos.

This is a role model store– the staff is absolutely professional and well trained for customer service. The owner is extremely gracious and takes great pains to make sure the customers are happy! I have never had any negative encounters with this place and I always get my lunch there. The food is fresh, the portions generous and the interpersonal communication exemplary! The staff are treated with respect by the owner and the atmosphere is always friendly and open. I think this store should be a role model for all Subway stores and a training ground for new employees I will contact the Subway Corporate Office and commend this store! This store is the total opposite of the Subway at 2006 Winchester Blvd that I previously reviewed and gave abysmal ratings to.
