LOVE the manager here, Christina! Super friendly, personable and she’s so quick to respond to any and all concerns… She really turned this place around since the last manager left. If it wasn’t for Christina’s attentiveness and attention to detail, I would’ve left a long time ago. She’s the best!!!

I’ve lived here at The Waverly since the middle of 2008.
With the change of ownership, I have seen many changes overall. for the better.
The Manager we have now (Christina), is aware of just about everything!
I like the fact that she is out and about on the property, at different times of the day almost everyday! (She is not a «nine-​to-​fiver, with weekends off»)
The appearance of the complex is kept up, regularly. (lights, landscaping, etc)
Issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Juan (Maint) is awesome. He is always around and willing to help whenever called upon.
I don’t have any complaints, it’s Home for me.

I’ve lived at The Waverly at Campbell for a few years and have enjoyed my time here. The complex is quiet and the apartments have been updated. You have the usual apartment living issues, but overall a great place to live. The apartment manager, Christina, is very helpful and always available. She makes sure any request for service or problem is taken care of quickly and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty to get the job done. She is always working to improve the complex and our quality of living.

Very unimpressed with my tour today. The pictures on the website look amazing; but it’s the biggest disparity between marketing and reality that I’ve seen. In person, there are a few really high-​end touches on a very rundown property. It’s pretty bizarre actually.
The exterior looks like a Motel 6 if you’re not looking straight-​on at the fancy sign above the entryway. The lobby is gorgeous. Then you get into the main area and the place just looks tired. The neighbors either are meth addicts or are trying out to play them on some new version of CSI. The vibe is just creepy and off-​putting.
The leasing agent decided to leave early; we arrived at 4:30 and she was long gone, though the signage and recording said they were open until 6:00. The maintenance man, who honestly seemed to be working very hard renovating vacant apartments, was nice enough to show us three places and apologize for not having leasing numbers (prices) to show us, which we greatly appreciated. He was really nice, actually. But not nice enough to make up for a clear lack of substantial investment in renovations on the part of the management company.
I ended up paying $ 100 more for a bigger place with a washer/​dryer, a garage, and three pools that didn’t look like a dead hooker was floating face down in them anytime recently.

I have not moved in yet, but I am super excited to! The customer service was great, the apartments are nice, and clean and updated. There was no app fee and only a $ 99 deposit! That was super awesome.
The only reason why I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because i was told that the unit would be available to look at in a week (the day I signed the lease) and it has been almost 2 weeks with no calls. I am moving in on the 13th (2 weeks from now) and I still have not seen my unit! The reason why I signed the lease without looking at the unit is because my boyfriend’s brother lives there and i was told that the unit is identical to his. I just want to see the actual unit to see if there are any specific details that are different (plus i am worried that there is something wrong!) The manager (Vickie) is super sweet though.
I will do an update as soon as I move.
