Dr. Louis Tieu is very patient, careful and nice. On the consultation day he quickly yet thoroughly went through all the procedures of the teeth extraction surgery. On the surgery day, everything went well and he called me back afterwards to ask for my condition. I followed his instructions after the surgery and had a good recovery. I was referred to Dr. Tieu by my dentist and was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff and doctor are! I have a very «unique» case and have been referred to one dentist after the other and they were all never able to explain what could be done for me. Dr. Tieu’s office gave me a thorough CT scan and met up with my general dentist, orthodontist, and implant specialist to figure out what my best option would be. I really, truly appreciate that he gave me a straight answer on the possible outcomes of surgery, both good and bad, and told me to think very carefully about all my options before I decide to go through with surgery with him. Very sweet and straightforward– just what I like. If you don’t have insurance it definitely adds up and can get pricey, but with the service you receive it is definitely worth every penny. I know I don’t regret anything!

I was referred to Dr. Tieu and felt so comfortable with the referral that I didn’t do the due diligence that I should of. In the end, I paid at least 30% more than I had to, they charged me for xrays that I already had done and the front desk and the finance department were just rude.
Make sure you spend the time to check out a few offices before committing to the procedure.
