John has detailed my 1990 VW Golf GTi for 10 years — he’s also done my mom’s 3 cars, one of which is a classic 1970 Datsun 240Z. His work is always top-​notch. He is meticulous about detail and is a very honest guy, not to mention a super nice guy! His prices are more than reasonable and he takes care of my old VW like it was his own. Kudos to his helper too, James, who is a hard worker and so nice to chat with! I am always happy after my car sees them!

Like driving a new car! Seriously, the car was a year old when I bought it; John and James got it cleaner than the dealer did when he had it on his lot. I’d been tearing up and down the Black Rock Desert for a week getting that damn playa dust in every nook and cranny of my Yukon, inside and out. If you’ve been there, you know, it gets into everything and it’s very hard to get it all out. Outside, the car looked like new, inside it looked like new, but, did they get the corners where the rear hatch opens — yup. Hmmm, pop the rear glass — they got that. Ok, fuel filler door — clean. Pop the hood — clean. Somewhere, ToC has about 10 pounds of playa dust that should be returned to the BLM.
Special bonus, apparently my taking the Yukon to Touch of Class broke the drought! they had to get the easy-​up out to keep the rain off while they waxed.
Seriously though, super challenging dirty car with playa dust, tree sap, bugs, bird crap, you name it and ToC cleaned it off and made the car shine.

I needed to have my car detailed and so thought it best to contact someone I knew who owns a five car garage, multiple vehicles and races cars along with other family members in his spare time. The recommendation: Touch of Class. I arrived and knew immediately I was in the right place. No, this is not a visit to a posh show room that costs consumers $ 500 after crossing the threshold. That said, how often does one walk into a car tech’s office and see about a third of the office dedicated to all of the trophies the owner has won for the car overhauls that he’s handled? Touch of Class’ owner, John, is incredible! He details cars, antique vehicles, RVs, SUVs, ski boats, motorcycles, enclosed trailers and even motor homes! We struck up a small conversation about his success when it came time to depart. He remarked that his only trouble is that he «Treats every car like it’s his own.» No John, that’s what makes you so phenomenal and exactly what your customers want! Unilocal readers, don’t even spend another nano-​second looking elsewhere. These guys do a great job and are extremely cost competitive. Great value, great service, great end result. I was pleased. I think you will be too.

Touch of Class detailed my daughter’s 2009 Honda Civic. I am thrilled with the results! When I brought the car in the interior was filthy because of her dog. However, now the interior is like new. In addition, the exterior is beautifully waxed. John and his team did a great job for a great price. I can’t wait to bring our other cars in for detailing.

John Ponce, Jr performed a miraculous job on the interior of my car. I feel like a queen driving my RAV 4. The carpet and interior are as clean as the day it came off the manufacturing line!. After driving kids, dogs, and hauling stuff around and this has brought the car back to looking fantastic. Thanks so much for your detailed work. I will refer people to Touch of Class Auto Detailing… The kids loved the display of cars in the office, too.

Touch of Class has done another amazing job. John is the only detailer I trust, especially on dark color cars. No swirls marks anywhere. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Just picked up my Porsche Turbo S from John, he did an awesome job on the complete exterior and interior detail. Will be back again!

I am writing this review specifically about an employee at this company who was beyond rude. I was trying to help out John the owner with a project for a real estate office looking for an Auto Detailer to refer clients to and he was understandably busy. However, the way his employee who answered the phone treated me was beyond rude and therefor I would NEVER refer them ANY business!
Hopefully that employee will remember that Unilocal DOES EXIST next time he wants to treat someone like shit! Especially after the amount of work I put in to try to get this company the best deal possible and basically give them clientele and a company logo at 20% of the normal cost of a custom company logo.
GO ELSEWHERE!!! John is a cool guy, his employee (s) are/​is ignorant pompous asshole (s)

Just Picked up my 2005 Black Chevrolet Tahoe from John, he performed a complete detail inside and out. OMG, What a great job! Very professional and a great price!

I wrote a review last year for John’s business & am writing another this year! I inherited my Mom’s 1999 BMW, a beautiful older car that has been neglected — it has been sitting in a garage in Florida for many years. I don’t think the car has ever been detailed. When I brought it to Touch of Class Auto Detailing, the interior light grey leather almost looked brown from discoloration, the rugs looked as if they needed replacement, the body of the car looked dull. When I picked up the car — I almost did not recognize it! It looks brand NEW! The interior leather is now a classic light grey, the rugs cleaned up beautifully & the exterior shines & is radiant! Thank you John & James for doing such a wonderful job!

I found John via Google (with great reviews), and swiftly made an appo for my 4dr sedan. The inside was dirty from having 2 kids in the back row. When I picked it up, just to list a few, the greasy carpets were all clean, stained backseats (leather) looked brand-​new, all stickers on back windows came off cleanly, and he even got the sticky steering-​wheel volume-​control button (sugary liquid spilled inside) to work/​feel smoothly again. Wow! What I also like about how John cleans is that he does NOT add those artificial scent stuff. It just smells clean, without the extra scents (fruity or whatever — yuck). He’s also very friendly & easy to work with. I’d take my other car, when the time comes in the future.

I brought my 11 year old Audi to Touch of Class Auto Detail and they made it look new again. I had some severe paint damage from a car cover and I was skeptical about it cleaning up. I had tried many different waxes and compounds with no success. Before committing to a detail, John did a small test section on the damage to show how it could be improved and I was sold. The car came out better than I thought it would.

John is the best. He has done all the detailing on my ’91 Prelude and made it look great. He’s helping me fix the minor damage to my Toyota before I put it up for sale, and he always returns my phone calls and makes helpful suggestions. His prices are more than reasonable and he always goes the extra mile in making sure that your car looks its best. Recommend him highly.

john is not a reliable guy to work with, i called him many times for detail, i also stop by and showed him the car that needs to be detail, and this is what he always says «i’m a little bit busy this week, why don’t you call me on monday» when i call later on, he says «is this the best number to call you» and he never calls you back.
This is very unprofessional in the business, he hardly deserves 1 star.

Service was great. Appointment started on time and was completed early. Car looks great. I would recommend Touch of Class to anyone.

I took my car to John back in June and told John what I wanted, which was basically an exterior detail job on my car. When I got back, I thought I was looking at a whole new car as I couln’t believe just how beautful it looked as I almost didn’t recognize it! Not only is John very meticulous about his work but he took the time and effort to give my car that mirrored shine that it hasn’t had in quite a number of years. I would highly recommend anyone to bring your car here as you wont’ get that same kind of quality workmanship, such as Classic Car Wash, etc. I’ll be back again, next year and so should you!

John does good detail work! I came in to get a quick clean of my engine bay and while waiting for things to cool down, he was able to make a bunch of helpful suggestions for how to clean up various parts of my car and make them look nice. He did a good job and charges completely reasonable prices. Would do business again for sure!
