It’s dirty, the owner cuts hair without a license and fires woman who take maternity leave. The girls who cut hair there are talented, but not worth going to if you want an honest business.

Jason H. Thanks for your defensive comments. You pride yourself as the best. Your place is really just a dump. A quick glance at your tacky van out front with a 6 dollar sign to the dingie inside that says nothing about a salon or spa. You may have a good stylist or two. For the most part they are young kids with very little experience. Keep talking. Your place is just not what it says it is. Many other quality places in Canandaigua and Victor that would never let you or your stylists sweep their floors.

Summary: Despite the name of the title and the tag of «Salon», this location is actually a full fledge barbershop too. Cost: My regular barbershop haircut was $ 8. It was a great cut and totally worth it. Experience: The word«Redken» means nothing to me, but the word«Barbershop» does. I’ve been to a handful of places in the Geneva area to get my haircut, but this was the most comfortable to me. Perhaps I’m old school, but my perfect idea of a barbershop is one that you don’t have to know what Style, Number, or other nonsense you want. The only answer I want to have to answer when getting a haircut regarding how /where /what is «Yes».(Okay, so I know what parts I want short, etc). My barber was a middle aged man who slightly resembled Buddy from Cake Boss, but much quieter. He didn’t speak a lot, but I think it’s a bit odd when people try talking to you anyway. He was(exceedingly) gentle, which is a bit odd compared to other barbers I’ve had, but he got the job done. I told him what parts I liked short and told him whatever seems appropriate for the rest. Overall: I went here originally because the place I normally go to(Melissa’s) was closed today. If I knew about this place first, I would have come here every time. If I weren’t moving to Virginia next month I’d say I’d be back, but, well, as good a place this is, it’s not worth a 14 hour driving trip.
