Do NOT use this service!!! They were scheduled to pick up my parents (both with Alzheimer’s) to take to a doctor’s appointment today. First of all, she was 30 minutes late in picking them up. She got lost getting to their home. Ever heard of GPS or Mapquest? I was concerned that they would not make it to the appointment because It would be cutting it real close. Guess what? it was not close at all. She never made it to the appointment at all. She was lost. Driving my parents around for two hours. I told her to take them back home. Thank God I told my dad to bring his phone. I would have been worried sick. How do you hire someone to take your parents to the doctor that has no clue as to how to get anywhere? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

When my elderly step-​mother became terminally ill she was brought home under the supervision of hospice care workers. However, the hospice workers came for only one hour a day, 3 or 4 days a week. My 91-​year-​old father was unable to care for her by himself during the remainder of the time. She had very limited mobility and was eventually bedridden. We contacted All Saints Home Care. They were able to provide 24-​hour care for her for the final two months of her life. My father and step-​mother have very high standards and usually go through many providers before finding someone they like. Amazingly, they were both extremely happy with everyone who worked for All Saints. Not only did they all have a good work ethic, they also all had a wonderful disposition and never allowed the stress to get to them. My step-​mother was especially impressed with Flora. I also became fond of her very quickly. Although my parents could be difficult at times, Flora was always able to take it in stride. She seemed genuinely compassionate and caring towards both my step-​mother and my father. Our family was extremely grateful for the care they provided, and for making the last few months of my step-mother’s life as comfortable as possible.
