Avril says it all: AMG is a reliable, very punctual, professional and friendly towncar service. We have been using their services over the past four years. Better than Super Shuttle and safer than a taxi. Less costly also. Bags ride free!!! Vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers will be happy to talk, but they equally listen well. Makes you almost think they are like family.

Definitely a great transportation service provider in the area. We used them for our RT pick up and drop off from LGB and Disneyland Hotel. They provided excellent communication and customer service. Prices are very reasonable for SUV options and no extra charge for car seat — yaaaay! Vehicles are clean and well maintained. The drivers are super courteous and professional. I felt safe and taken care of from the moment they picked us up. Traveling with a toddler is always challenging but when you have such nice people you can depend for airport pick up and drop off — it makes life so much easier! I highly recommend them and will utilize them the next time I am traveling in the area. Shout out to Nate and Pete for great service.

I called AMG because I needed a 6 mile ride. The impolite person that answered the phone quoted me $ 20 and said, «the car would be there in 15 minutes to pick me up.» I waited 30 minutes and called to check on the status of the car. The same rude person answered and told me the car was there 15 minutes ago and that he tried calling me twice. When I tried to speak he cut me off and said, «I called you at this number twice(it wasn’t my number) and you didn’t pick up.» Before I could say anything he said, «Sorry, I can no longer give you a ride.» and he hung up. Needless to say, if you’re looking for customer service this is not the company to use.

I was a little shocked at the behavior of AMG Towncar Service when I called up to attempt to book 13 separate towncars for a one-way LAX pickup of clients over the course of three days this weekend. Not only was the guy on the phone incredibly rude and ill tempered, but he was also struggling with English. This made things difficult when I would ask a scheduling question and he would literally answer with a «yes» when he actually meant«no.» He ended up saying something offensive and then hanging up on me. I called back to 100% confirm that we were on the same page, that he was unwilling to accommodate me, and he was still a complete as*hole. All I needed were the rates and availability for my boss, and he was incapable of being considerate in any way.

I read the reviews and chose this service to transport my mother from Altadena to LAX. The initial quote was $ 20 off and I received a call about an hour later informing me of the new price. That sucked, but it was still $ 30 less than the competition. Make sure you have the person taking the order read back the address to you. It took 4 tries to get it right. The car arrived on time, was clean, the driver was pleasant, and there were mints and water available for the passengers I would recommend this service.

They were the least expensive I’d found, and I was a little skeptical at first whether I’d have to worry about them being on time, etc. But I definitely had nothing to worry about! They were early for the pick ups, the drivers were friendly, the cars were clean. And I loved that they monitored my incoming flight and when it arrived earlier than scheduled, they had planned accordingly and were there ready to go when I arrived. Would definitely recommend them!

I had the pleasure of taking an AMG Towncar from Woodland Hills to LAX when I had to fly red-eye to New York last month. We heard about them through our neighbors when I had to get to the airport and both my wife and I had a little too much to drink… Eeerrrrr… well, the ride totally rocked, and the guy was friendly, talkative when I chatted with him, but he kept to himself when I needed some downtime. He drove well and he drove fast. It’s a splurge, but it’s a damn nice way to get to the airport! With style, yo!!!
