I love Brighton handbags and have purchased a couple of them from this store. Although I am fond of Brighton, I don’t like the «high pressure» type of questioning and selling that I’ve experienced, particularly at this store. I appreciate quality customer service, but not the pushiness and «attitude» that I’ve noticed here. I’ll gladly purchase Brighton items in the future, but not here.
