Just walked out of Cathy Jean and as always feeling extremely welcomed! I tried on a million pairs of flats but Christine was very sweet and understood exactly what I was looking for! Walked out buying just what I needed and very satisfied :) excellent customer service

Very, very rude manager!!! She has no people or communication skills and comes off very hostile. The shoes to begin with seem to be low quality, I was reassured as to why I don’t shop there. I bought a pair of shoes that stayed in my trunk for the entire week, and when I went to return them the manager was adamant that I had worn them, it’s not fault that they sold me the shoes like that! Not only was she rude but she was very condescending.
