I take Zumba there with Lorena and it’s so much fun. You don’t even realize that you are working out… Well the sweat reminds you, but the music is so good that you’ll absolutely love dancing to it! The studio is always clean, but unfortunately it’s a little small and sometimes for the walking movements you really have to be aware of your surrounding because you will hit someone next to you. They have a great restaurant and grocery store next door. I had that and it’s really good!

This is a gem of a yoga studio 2 doors down from delicious, healthy Follow Your Heart. Owner Suzanne Strachan exudes a beautiful energy and is so knowledgeable about yoga, health, and wellness.
