This place does what they say it will do. They help you lose weight. Some people want to be pampered and babied thru the process. If that’s what your looking for don’t come here. The Doctors are straight to the point, either you followed instructions or you didn’t.

I went to visit Dr. Penn because of friend of mine recommended taking phentermine to lose weight. She told me the doctor would tell me not to eat anything. But she’s a nurse and told me not to listen to him. I thought the point of seeing a doctor was to discuss my health issues but they don’t seem interested or care for their patients.
When I called to make an appointment they immediately told me to bring $ 75 cash for a week’s worth of pills. I didn’t even say why I wanted to see the doctor. But whatever. When I came to the office, there were several women that were also waiting to be seen by the doctor. The receptionist made me sign in and sign a no liability waiver. Lol maybe that was a bad sign. But like me and lots of women that are having trouble losing weight. I signed it anyway. She gave me a book that is written by the doctor discussing the PENN Program. Most of the information in the book is common sense but found it annoying that the references he makes in the beginning of the material are mostly magazine articles. And an IRS quote claiming obesity is a disease. Umm. Okay? So can I write it off on my taxes? Lol anyway. The nurse takes me and several other patients into a room where they make us watch a prerecorded video of the doctor explaining why we are fat lol. It was so boring. Then at the end of the movie. The doctor walks in. And he’s an old man. Super old. And asks us what we learned from the video. I’m thinking to myself nothing at all. But he picks on me and I said some bullshit that lasted for like 5 min and after he’s like I didn’t hear anything you said. You have to speak louder lol so he tells the girl in front of me to tell him what I said. It was horrible. Then he explained to us that everything that has calories is considered a food; if you drink alcohol in the evening that’s technically your dinner. He babbled on for so long. And I wish I said something but there is literally a sign inside the room basically stating if you have a conflicting opinion don’t say nothing at all. Hmm. Whatever, so the nurse brought in the phentermine and he told us not to eat anything. And drink plenty of liquids because the pill will dehydrate you. He recommends drinking water, tea, coffee, or diet soda. Umm. I’m pretty sure coffee dehydrates you. But I wasn’t allowed to say anything. After a bunch of bull. He asked us if we had any questions. I had no questions because I know nothing about this pill. He didn’t give us any written instructions. Just the book which is supposed to help us once we’re off the pill.
If you absolutely need these pills, then go to him. But I highly recommend you do your own research because he says contradicting information.
HOWEVER, if you want to actually consult with a doctor, DON’T come here. Find yourself an actual doctor that can help you. He literary is handing out pills to anyone that pays $ 75 cash.
One last thing. He kept mentioning how he doesn’t get patients by making commercials or putting out ads, because he believes that his program works so well that patients will find him. Honestly think it’s because that clinic is pretty shady. They don’t want the public finding out what they’re doing.

the receptionist are a little rude plus yes they make u loose weight but they tell you not to eat anything yes the give you phentermine with kills ur hunger but, come on you have to eat something they said nothing. Whats gonna happen when you reach ur goal and you put a chip in ur mouth you are gonna gain it all back in a week.
