I have had 3 different companies out to repair my Bosch dishwasher within the last 6 months. Three is the charm. When you need something done right call these guys because they are the real deal. Greg was here today to repair my dishwasher which he did quickly and efficiently in addition to teaching me how to deal with my extremely hard water. He also leveled my dishwasher which nobody had bothered to do so now it doesn’t fall forward when I pull both the shelves out and he corrected the incorrect installation.
My mistake was trying to go cheap with the service call. The two previous technicians where cheap and if they did the work they would take the cost of the service call off the price but they instantly came in with different diagnosis for high cost repairs.
I mentioned charm well Greg was charming, hilarious and had great delivery. Rarely do you ever enjoy having a repairman in your home, but Greg would definitely be the exception. I should have known this was going to be a great experience when my neurotic dalmatian wagged her tail when she saw him… she usually goes insane when men come near our house.
My advice, and I’ve read the other reviews, spend a little more and get someone that is not only qualified, knowledgeable and trustworthy but honestly cares about their customers and takes great pride in their job. One of a kind!

I only wished I had read the reviews before calling this company. They were one of the companies recommended by Bosch to service our brand new dishwasher. The apt was made –the repairman showed up a few minutes later than the window given. not too bad… he was there less than 15 minutes and said he fixed the problem… sounds good so far… a week later I went to test the dishwasher and noticed the same problem .(drainage problem)…I should have checked sooner, but we have 2 dishwashers at work… and wasn’t using the new one yet… I called Kitchen’s Only… I recognize the voice it’s this woman Jackie… before I could finish my sentence –she interrupts me asking for the address… puts me on hold… returns and says you latch was just ordered today (1week later)… first I didn’t not know we needed this… and the moment said why has it taken you a week to order this part… she became a rambling highly defensive crazy women… Stay away… stay very far away… I have never experienced this type of poor customer service before… just terrible… needless to say I called Bosch, and they apologized for this and gave me another company to work with… they’re coming out next Thursday…

TRUST all the negative reviews. I turned to these guys (despite the negative Unilocal reviews) because they are one of only two «authorized» place Bosch made me choose from (my washer is less than a year old!). I waited six weeks for my washer to be fixed. First trip: they didn’t have the part. They have to order. Two weeks go by with no update. I call to find out they are still waiting. They finally show up 4 weeks later. He doesn’t have the tool. He blames Bosch… Whatever. He’ll be back next day. Nope. But he called. He’ll come following Monday. No show… OK, they give a window of FOUR hours. I have to be home for this, not at work. I call his number. No return call. I call Kitchens only. No answer. When I finally get someone to answer the phone (did I mention I left messages that were never returned?), the phone person points out that she is only the phone person so there is no point in telling her anything. She asks if I’d like the management. YES!!! I would. But guess what, the management is too busy to talk to me. I said, «Are you guys just waiting for me to go to another place?» She said, «Sure.» I had to call Bosch again who mediated. Bosch sucks too for authorizing these bozos. I think only people who go here are those forced to do so by the appliance companies. I bet they charge Bosch for 3 separate service visits.

Rewriting my review because yep. they are still terrible! DO NOT TRUST. They even told me all of their Unilocal reviews were fake! Doubt all of these are fake…

Run away from these people. All the negative reviews here pretty much echo each other.
Out of nowhere — four days after I wasted four hours waiting for them to show up for a repair call that never happened — I received a robo call informing of a service call to be made the next day. I didn’t make any such appointment and hadn’t heard from anyone at Kitchens Only since they blew off our original appointment. I went to their website link which was non-​existent and attempted to reach them throughout those four days. No answer. After the robo call I called them again and Jackie answered. She was nasty and defensive and said that their service person was sick and called everyone. I informed her I received no such call. I also told her that their voicemail was full for the last four days and that they haven’t been answering their phones or returning my messages. She said, «We’ve been busy.»
It’s so clear these are people to steer clear of so I took my business elsewhere. I also let Fisher-​Paykel know (F-​P tried contacting them, too, with no luck) since they referred them as a preferred service vendor. I have a feeling that won’t be the case for much longer.

Bosch’s customer service said their service appointments were booked out until March. They told me Kitchens Only is an authorized servicer. I called during business hours (9:40 am on a Monday). No one picked up and when it went to voicemail, the recording said the box was full. I decided to book the later appointment with Bosch and skip this company since they won’t pick up the phone during business hours.

I wish there is 0 star. this company does not deserve even ½ star.
the company is run by unreliable people. Greg and Jackie are the owners who advertise themselves as high end appliance repair company. They are not and they will never be a high end repair company. they sound very nice and accommodating but they never follow through. John, the company employee, is not that much better. I left 2 messages in his voicemails to follow up on my Fisher Paykel cook top parts and repair. I never got a single call back from him. when i called to follow up, Greg would say «the warehouse in the west coast was moved to the east coast. we are having difficulty in getting parts. I will check the parts and call you back today.» I never receive the call. Fisher Paykel people are not that much helpful and try to talk me into working with Kitchen only when the repair job is already 1 month delay. this is a new Fisher Paykel’s new cook top that has given me problem since day one I purchase.
this is so far one of the worst customer experiences i have ever encountered. kitchen only should no longer be in business.

I dealt with this company twice. The first experience was good and they were a lot less expensive than the other dishwasher Fisher Paykel repair. However, they are inconsistent in following up returning calls. The latest problem was standing water in my dishwasher, John gave me advice that it may have been caused by oversudsing. However, he cleared the wiring from the disconnection I made (to stop the noise). A week later the water still did not drain. I called him, but he did not call back. Now I’m following up after the 30 day period that the problem was not fixed. I am disappointed that overall poor follow up on calls.

After confirming an appointment twice for 3 to 6 for a range repair no one showed or called.

At 6:05 someone called and said he still had three service calls ahead of mine
When I asked how long it would take to do a recall service he omitted that he had never done one.
Additionally he wanted borrow my tools

Don’t bother with them. They don’t return calls, their voicemail is now always full, they couldn’t care less about a new customer referred by one of the manufacturers. Extremely poor customer service — or lack thereof.

If I could give zero stars, I would. $ 14,000 for a range and THESE are the idiots you’re required to interact with when it breaks? I give up. RUN AWAY!!!

When some of the gas burners on my very expensive Italian Bertazzoni stove stopped lighting after only a year of use — I called Bertezzoni and they recommended Kitchens Only.
The owner Greg came out personally to inspect the stove and investigate the cause. He researched my warranty and then came out when the new parts came in to fix it good as new.
Greg is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and totally wiling to answer questions that I had in detail (refreshing to not be brushed off as not possibly being able to understand the issue) and for both service calls he was not only within the time limit window, but he personally called me on my cell phone to double-​check and say he was on his way.
I will say that the Kitchen Only system of setting their first available appointment without asking you and then an automated system calls you to «confirm» it was off-​putting at first. I thought «What the heck? Why is this machine calling me to confirm an appointment I didn’t make?» but all I had to do was press the key for the receptionist and she scheduled one that worked perfectly for me. So the only thing I’d change about Kitchens Only is that automated system — but even with it, I got perfect service from a really nice expert at no charge because my warranty was on file.
No arguing with the manufacturer — they recommend Kitchens Only and so do I.

We had such a wonderful & pleasant service with this company. Both the owner & employees are very nice, professional & trustworthy. They are prompt as well, unlike some other companies out there. They made a couple visits in order to fix our built espresso machine but only charged for one visit when they actually fixed the machine. We will definitely use their service in the near future.

This company is the worst I ever had to deal with !
They can’t repair, they can’t return calls, they can’t answer emails .
The owner doesn’t care about their service calls, their receptionist sounds overwhelmed and careless only says «call the owner», then the owner never calls back…
I had to call Viking asking please to send me other repair guys.
Kitchens Only is a waste of time,

I wish I could give 0 stars, but there is no option. I scheduled an appointment with them, but they never showed up and never called.

Wow! Totally professional customer service. John arrived right when I expected him (even sooner), and fixed my Italian range problem in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! Good to know I have an appliance company I can now count on.
Before finding Kitchens Only I called another appliance repair business and this happened:
Some man answered the phone with a surly, «Yeah.» I asked, «Is this such and such business,» and he said, «Yeah,» again. So I hung up. He didn’t seem too interested in making any effort at being polite, so I wasn’t going to let him into my home or give him my money.
But, thankfully, I found Kitchens Only. Now I can cook my family food that’s not burnt on the top and cold on the bottom.

Kitchens Only is, by far, the best appliance repair company to service my kitchen appliances. Their service is reliable, professional and courteous. The service calls were scheduled quickly. Appointment reminders were received via email and telephone. As an added service you can track your service technicians arrival time on-​line and you also receive a call shortly before the tech arrives to let you know he is on his way.
Kitchens Only has been servicing my appliances for over a year now. I had two high-​end dishwashers that needed multiple repairs. Kitchens Only could have continued to benefit from the continued repairs, but they contacted the dishwasher manufacture and arranged for both of the dishwashers to be replaced by the manufacture. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Since then they have continued to provide excellent service to my new dishwashers. They also did an excellent repair on my high-​end gas range.
Kitchens Only provides excellent appliance repair! Their service is outstanding from the time you schedule you appointment until the repair is complete.
I will continue to use Kitchens Only for all of my appliance repair and highly recommend their service.

Great to to see a real family business, that really cares about the customer ! The tech. Who came to my house yesterday, fix my dish washer and gave my wife a free lesson on cleaning our dishes and the unit. I read all the reviews on Unilocal and almost did not use them. I run a bussiness so I understand fake reviews, bad days and bad customers!
Your making a big mistake if you don’t ask them to repair your appliance! Kitchens Only 5 Stars!

Customer service is definitely not a priority for this company. Their business plan seems to be to pay Fisher Paykel to list them at the top of their preferred service centers.
They have an online tracker of when their service people will arrive — but that was as unreliable as their customer service.
