Ordered a thousand matte business cards from them. Sprinkled in the box were a few that were of regular business card size thickness, the rest seem to have been printed on a regular sheet of paper.

They contacted me about their mistake and printed the correct ones for me free of charge. Thank you for the quick response.

This place provides great service at great price! Much better than the place right next to the mall (I think they might have went out of business). Make sure to communicate all your requirements and check the proof before OKing it for print, and you won’t be disappointed! They are very friendly

Kristal Graphics publishes our organization’s monthly color newsletter on a nice heavy paper stock with a semi-​gloss (satin?) finish. Plus we send our mailing list to Kristal Graphics, who then addresses each newsletter and sends all of them to our members via first class mail. This turnkey support saves us a lot of time and resources. Speaking of first class… KRISTAL GRAPHICS IS FIRST CLASS! I have had multiple orders through Kristal Graphics and have been satisfied every time. From custom flyers for an event to fun Valentine’s day cards, I have always received my order promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Crystal is always courteous and thoughtful. Wow, what great customer service and an amazing product at such a great rate and super fast turnaround! I was a little wary at first because the quote for my 5×7 cards (due at an Oscars event in Beverly Hills the next morning) was ½ what Kinko’s had quoted me. But after going in (with 3 small children who were treated wonderfully) and meeting Crystal, I knew I was in good hands. She was very professional and kind.
It is a small location, connected to the flower shop on the corner, so don’t miss it!

I have been working with this print shop personally for awhile and now my company has started using them for all our marketing services. I always recommend this shop to anyone who needs printing or promotional items and I decided it’s time to let the Unilocalers know as well.
Crystal and Munna are hard workers and make sure to get our orders done in a timely manner. If anything goes wrong, they will bend backwards to fix it. Customer Service is their priority.
I’ve done business cards, flyers, posters, brochures and will start doing promotional items with them.
One downside is their billing. They send invoices late. Sometimes weeks, sometimes months later. It’s harder to keep track of my orders, I would like invoices sent to me write when my order is complete.

All the reviews about Kristal Graphics here on Unilocal are great and they certainly convinced me to use their services. Unfortunately, I feel that these reviews are deceiving. Don’t get me wrong, the front desk girls are fantastic and personable, especially Crystal, but Munna is all business and comes off rude. I am a graphic designer and have been looking for a great print shop to build a business relationship with. I have researched a dozen shops around Woodland Hills and found two that looked promising due to great Unilocal reviews. It was a decision between Minuteman Press or Kristal Graphics. My decision to go with KG was based on 4 things: 1. fast quote/​email response, 2. reasonable prices (not the lowest), 3. great reviews and 4. open on Saturday from 10 – 1 (which turns out to be a big fat lie).
I had them print 80 sets of wedding invitations on a Friday, taking advantage of their slogan «same day services with no extra charge» because the invitations had to go out the following Monday. The invitation set included 3 cards, a belly band and envelope liner. 20 belly bands and 20 envelope liners were ruined. A quarter of the invites couldn’t be completed. You think a print shop would do quality control but KG does not. As soon as they are printed and cut, they are wrapped in a plastic that closely resembles saran wrap and handed to you. Only 2 of the 3 cards was completed when I came for the pick up. I waited an extra 20 mins for them to print and cut the last card. I called KG the next day, which was a Saturday, to give them a heads up that I will be dropping in for some replacement prints. Munna answers, as I described my problem, he slashes out and gets defensive saying there is nothing he can do on a Saturday because the store is closed (even though they are listed open). He was not even a bit apologetic. I asked to be compensated a little bit for the trouble and all he could tell me was I can’t make any promises. If your product isn’t up to the customer’s standards, wouldn’t you try to make it up to them?
What I have learned working with KG: Munna, the owner, does not care about his customers. I will never send them another project.
Long story short:
1. KG does not handle problems on a professional level
2. No quality control
3. They are not open on Saturday

After this review has been posted, Munna has desperately tried to make things better. I’m happy that I got his attention but even with the refund, there’s no way I’d use his services again. I will not set myself up to get yelled at. I’ve found other print shops that are happy to work with me. Thanks!

Kristal Graphics is great! The service is good, the product is reasonably priced, and Crystal was a huge help over there. We got business cards, laminated cards, and stickers. We’ll definitely come back for more services, and I would recommend this service to anyone looking for promotional products. Thanks!

I am a stickler for businesses being personable. Crystal was SOOOOO helpful and sweet and made sure the business cards were everything I wanted and more. She corresponded via email back and forth until making sure the design was to my liking! I appreciate those that care about their professionalism and even manage to be friendly simultaneously! I was able to get 300 cards for 98 dollars with a beautiful glossy
Also this was a BIG deal for me personally to move ahead with cards as I’ve had a wonderful graphic/​website designer get a website up, and design this card. I also did same day and picked them up the following morning bc I wasn’t able to get back through traffic. I’m super satisfied!

THE BEST PRINT SHOP AROUND.
This is seriously how I feel about Kristal Graphics. I have been using them for my printing needs for years. I am a perpetual procrastinator. But when I do want stuff, I want it right away. And Kristal Graphics always delivers. They always make sure to deliver my products on time. And their prices are phenomenal. I have used them for business cards, flyers, and banners, and they all come out perfect. I can usually get a banner done within 2 – 3 days, and even sooner if I really need it done quickly. Their graphic designer, Marco, is a pleasure to work with. He will work with me through multiple revisions till I am happy with the product. Try Kristal Graphics out and you will not be sorry.
