Laser Fix Jewelry and Watches

They fixed my Tiffany bracelet quickly, and correctly. I got a discount because I checked in through Unilocal,and they were very nice as well.

Erin is awesome! This was our second time visiting him. He wasn’t sure he could get a task done but we had faith in him and sure enough he got it done. Erin, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for hooking up the watches.

I came here to get new batteries for two watches, and overall it was a pleasant, quick, and easy experience.
—Service & Price —
Service was kind and quick. I was told a time of 30 minutes to come back to pick up my stuff, I was provided a claim check and was quoted the price which I was to pay once I picked up the watches. They put them in plastic bags to keep organized and was told about a warranty. Prices seemed reasonable, $ 10 a watch (for new batteries). If you’re doing any shopping at the mall just drop off whatever you have and go about your day and pick up your stuff later.

This place is a kiosk of sorts that’s located on the first level across from Target and next to a Finishline. Since it’s inside the mall you’ll have to deal with the mall parking; the Owensmouth Avenue lot next to the Target would be the closest area.

Okay I’m waaay late on this review. But I did promise them I’d leave a great Unilocal.I’ve been to laser fix several times for watch batteries, watch fixing, jewelry cleaning, even eye glass repair.
They always do an incredible job and their prices, while not the lowest, are definitely fair. I think you should expect to pay a bit more for excellent work and that’s exactly what you’ll get. They did such an amazing job on my rings, I don’t think they looked that good when my husband proposed!

I found this place very close to home, quick service and watch fits perfect! Great price and remember your check in!

Just got engaged and needed a resize. Aren did such an amazing job from beginning to end. His work ethic is on point. Took his time to get to know me and offer his advise on how to best take care of my beautiful ring:)

I needed to get my wife’s wedding ring fixed and have the bands soldered together. I brought it in before work on Wednesday and they were done with it before I was off! They did all the work requested AND cleaned the ring! They did a fantastic job and my wife is very happy. And that makes me happy! I highly recommend!!!

Needed to get a watch resized at Michael Kors however, their watch kit was not working so they sent me to Laser Fix. He resized the watch for me right away (less than 5 minutes). I am not sure how the prices are as I did not have to pay for the resizing (since Michael Kors kit was not working). Looks like he does great work and is quick! I recommend Laser Fix!

Laser fix is such a great find. They can fix almost anything. From broken watches to dead car keys batteries. The guys that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! It was my first visit to Laser Fix and Aren looked at my ring and my finger and knew what size I needed immediately. I was skeptical, but it slipped perfectly onto my finger. I definitely recommend them!

Had my Tiffany bracelet fixed here and my Tiffany necklace untangled, they said it would take 20 minutes but took only 10 and wow was I impressed, prices were awsome and service was amazing. I will definitely be bringing my jewelry here from now on.

We got engaged on Christmas and the ring needed to be resized. I was WAY too excited to wait for it to come back through the jeweler, so I went to Unilocal to find someone who could do it quick and well.
We showed up by 11:30 and within an hour we were walking out with my ring. They did amazing QUICK work! They were so nice and knowledgable. I will certainly go to them with any other jewelry or each issues. They’re great!

Henry the jeweler did an AMAZING JOB and super fast! Amy and… John I think it was??? they were super friendly and accommodating !!! The ring they made was even better than bar I ever imagined it to be. I love this place and will definitely be back due to quality and customer service. Thank you everyone! Not necessarily the best prices, but if you want a ring resized on the spot then this is the place. Polachek’s at the Commons charges the same exact price to resize a platinum ring, $ 150 before tax. The difference between Laser Fix & Polachek’s is that you can watch the process and get a more custom fit at Laser Fix than from Polachek’s. Polachek’s gives you a series of ring sizes to try on, whichever it’s closes to they write it down and take it to the back and tell you to come back and pick it up.
At Laser Fix they basically made my ring somewhere between a size 6.5 and a 6. At first they brought it to a 6.5, but it still felt loose so then he took off just a little more and it was perfect. That little extra step made all the difference.
I prefer Laser Fix’s process of ring fitting and found that it was more precise. Aaron did a wonderful job. Even though there’s no price difference, there is a difference in customer service. I recommend this shop for anyone who is seeking any type of repair or ring sizing. Support local businesses and specialists and give Laser Fix a try!

Asked Aren to replace the battery on my daughter’s watch and he was going to charge me $ 30.00 for a Five year battery. I know that’s a bit pricey but the convenience of walking by a Kiosk and getting it done is worth it.
Upon closer examination, he showed me that the original battery had begun to disintegrate and the battery acid destroyed some of the gears. He offered to fix it but I decided it wasn’t worth it. Bottom line is that he charged me nothing for the diagnosis and couldn’t have been more polite and pleasant. Thank you Aren.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I care about. The people are rude and it seemed like they wanted to drive their customers away.
I brought a Polar watch for a battery replacement and although their price was steep to begin with, I needed my heart rate monitor watch ASAP, so I said yes to the $ 18.95 plus tax (total $ 20.65) service fees they asked. They told me to come back in 15 minutes which I did, but they told me to come back in another 15. I came back the second time and was told the same thing.
Finally, after an hour, my watch was ready, but the watch wasn’t set to correct time and it was in German/​Deutsch language! They told me to bring in the manual because they don’t have the time to play around with it or to figure it out.
So I walked away from that place minus $ 20.65 with a non-​useful watch (see photo)
The man was not even apologetic, only saying that they don’t have time to tinker with it and that I only paid for the battery anyway, not for setting to to correct time. REALLY?
I’ve never parted with a $ 20+ so very unhappy before!
I went and opened yel right after walking away from that stall, then saw that they have a $ 10 for $ 20 deal. I went back and asked if I could apply it and the guy said no because the transaction has already been done.
What a great customer service. NOT!

Brought my Raymond Weil and a watch I had bought for my husband (a $ 400 cheapie), the face had broken when he dropped it. The guy loved my RW. I had thought I had lost it, but it had disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle hole that had opened in my Tumi computer bag. I found it two years later! BOOM!!! Battery dead, but still in my possession. SWOON!
Even though the RW a requires special procedure to change the battery, he was able to get it done in 30 minutes with a polish that made it so shiny, I had forgotten it looked like that when I bought it 15 years ago.
He replaced the watch face on my husband’s watch in a day. It wasn’t cheap. The whole thing cost $ 195, but considering the special attn. the RW required, the choice of a five year battery and the fact that I didn’t want an aftermarket face for my SO’s watch, I guess it makes sense.
Sweet, helpful guys, fast service… what else can you ask for? BTW, I had been referred over to them by Ben Bridge (who doesn’t service RW watches)…and when you do that they give you a referral slip which gives you 10% off service. Tip of the day.
