History

Established in 2004.

In December 2004 I opened my office to provide the San Fernando Valley community with quality, caring legal representation in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law at an affordable price.

I have represented hundreds of consumers and helped them get a fresh start on their finances, saved their homes, stopped wage garnishments and bank levies. This has provided positive, permanent resolution of difficult and stressful financial hardships.

I have also represented countless individuals deal with family law mattters including divorce, child custody, visitation and support, spousal support, domestic violence problems and property division. Business Owner

I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. I graduated from Birmingam High School in Van Nuys, CA. I was a nationally ranked junior tennis player and went on to play NCAA Division I tennis at the University of Arizona where I received my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 1988.

I subsequently went to law school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and received my JD degree in 1991. I immediately came back to Southern California and took the California Bar Exam which I passed in November 1991.

I was an associate for 3 years at the Law Office of Mond & Sperling handling a wide variety of cases. I then obtained the position of vice-​president of marketing and production with a manufacturer of industrial sewing machine equipment and pool products.

In 2002, I resumed practicing law concentrating my expertise in bankruptcy and family law.

I am divorced with 3 children. I enjoy sports, movies, travel and spending time with family and friends.
