I love that this place was open late. The people there where super friendly and there a place to sit. they let us stay after 11 which is when their closed! :} Brian, the cleaner guy was super nice and brought the trash can for us to throw out food. They also sing and are funny people. Will be back if I’m in the area :}}}

Best panda express in the chain. Panda express isn’t the best or may not even be considered Chinese restaurant. However, this place is pretty good for a modernized fast food version of it. This place is kept clean and is quick other than lunch period. They give you a good portion for the price, and they have good customer service. I love the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, Walnut shrimp, Shanghai beef, and Angus beef!

Don’t bother going during the lunch rush unless you’re okay with waiting 30 minutes in line. I’ve seen the line out the door. The servers are increasingly slow and spend more time dishing out their corporate statements, «Welcome to Panda Express. Would you like a sample today?», than dishing out your food.

I come here often so the duchess status fits well. Tonight I had the most interesting experience. Customer service was lacking and we were helped by someone who was well off of their customer service training. We received bad attitude from someone named Odessa. I’m sure she was new as I frequent this location and I had never seen her before. Didn’t appreciate the sass from this girl, who doesn’t understand the request«instead of». Food was delicious as usual. 3 ½ stars for fast Chinese food and no stars for customer service.

First time for me eating at this location. As I entered I was greeted and asked if I wanted to try something. So for the most part the introduction was sincere. The buffet table set-up for the most part is their food is warner on the bottom, than it is on top. So the employee must at all times rotate the food and stir it so all the ingredients are together. Very important. The food was at room temperature. Parking again at this location is not convenient at all. Some what limited, very few spots to park at. Shared by other merchants. Park on the street of Topanga Canyon, facing south bound.

The parking lot seemed empty so I was thinking I would be in and out in no time. WRONG! Nicholas or however you spell it, seems to think making everyone wait is funny. They need to send him to a prioritizing class to figure out before you start taking more orders you should call out for the cooks to get started on making the entrée that the person ahead ordered. Then after the 30 minute wait time for an entrée, has so many orders waiting, gets confused and asks which one is yours while smiling instead of saying sorry. While the other man and the two cooks are smiling and giggling along with him or at him either way not handling the situation appropriately. Last time I’ll be going to this location.

It’s a Panda Express, so lower your expectations. Fried rice is still the brown rice mixed with a few corns and peas, and orange chicken tastes neither like oranges or even chicken for that matter. This location is large, bright, clean and it’s not their fault in ‘n’ out next door takes most of the parking spots. Service is impersonal and abrupt but still not rude. They somehow don’t commit to making too much of anything, so it’s likely that they are out of a few items at any time. At least you get fresher versions of whatever they do have available.

So I ordered 6 egg rolls and teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken would take 10 minutes more so I wait. 20 minutes later chicken is ready, but now they’re out of egg rolls! Now I have to wait longer… sucks when you’re ahead of 10 people and they all left already before I get my food. But then again, the food I got was fresh and tasty. So, good things come to those that wait.

We love coming to this location because the food is always fresh n hot and the staff are always friendly. But tonight besides the food being great the cashier had major attitude. I understand we have some bad days but it shouldn’t be taken out on the guest.

I love all panda expresses but I specifically drive 4 miles out of my way to eat at this one. It must be something about the deep fryer because that orange chicken is crispy! They have the most friendly staff, not grumpy or pushy and very welcoming to give samples. The fact that so many people eat here makes their food constantly stay fresh and delicious. I tried the angus steak today and have to say it’s quiet amazing, tender and chewy with a really good flavor to it.

Been coming here since when it first opened being a student at Canoga Park high school across the street. Ever since I remember going back 12 – 13 years ago it has always been pleasant. :-)) Present time today having my and my fathers family operated about a mile away I still continue to bring my business to this Panda establishment. I have a great experience every time i come into this place. Although the lines are sometimes a little longer than expected. They now recent offer brown rice to make the variety of there foods more healthier. This Panda Express is worthy of servicing good quality food. Will be back happy to say this place is to my high standards of quality food and customer service from there employees.

Fast food Chinese serve ‘em up with periodically over fried chicken and gritty steak. The shrimp has never gone wrong though so go crustacean! Fairly affordable – though not by typical Chinese lunch special pricing(see Mandarin Tiger for instance) – in a sea of $ 10 burger joint«value» meals. See the heat lamps, wait for the fresh haul, and then order away. Enjoy the prophetic power of a fortune cookie. Case in point: You will have a pleasant surprise today. While I’m still waiting, at least I’m excitedly waiting! You know, because fortunes always come true!

You know those times you haven’t had Panda Express in awhile and you crave their amazingly addictive orange chicken?!? This is where I usually go to satisfy that craving… I order DOUBLE orange chicken. That’s right, the left and right side of the styrofoam box both filled with that orange goodness. Sometimes half steamed white rice and half noodles or sometimes only noodles. It really makes a difference though when it’s a fresh batch, so I guess you gotta be lucky with the timing. Last time I visited I was really disappointed though. I wanted to get passion iced tea to drink so I bought a medium soda… I got to the iced tea dispenser and of course it’s empty. Instead I ended up getting the super sugary raspberry iced tea… bleh
