1 star because they dont make sense i went there for my custmers water heater
It was under manufacture warrnty i need it gas control valve they asked me to pay 45 $ for warrnty paper work OK NO PROBLEM THAT MAKE SANSE
BUT HOWEVER they said this heater was not purchased from us so i left
I went to hirsch pipe and i went to ferguson they said its not purchased from them so i called bradford whide water heater Guess what it was purchased from pyramid pipe and they never had checked
It took 3 HR to me to figure out where was the heater purchased from

This place is Great! I have been dealing with them for years and have found them to be irreplaceable. Graham in particular is super caring and very knowledgeable.
I’ve met the owner before and really got a great feeling from him… he cares.

I just bought a water heater here. I have purchased water heaters in the past from them for my parents, my son & daughters home and all have been fine. I love their warranty. I purchased a 6 year water heater. Any problem within the 6 years, you just take it back and they either repair it or replace it. LOVE IT!!! The customer service is great! I have dealt with Gilbert a couple of times. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and very helpful. I recommend this place for all your plumbing needs and ask for Gilbert… he’s the best!
