Ew. I don’t mind much if someone is sick at work. I get it, not everyone gets sick days, especially someone that is hourly paid. BUT if you need to cough, step away! Luckily this happened after my sandwich was made and I saw her put new gloves on. The lady that made my sandwich had a super long coughing fit at the register. I had no choice but to stand there at close range and wait to be charged because her co-worker just stood there watching her cough to death rather than take over. On top of that, she was super stingy with ingredients

Bad service. I usually co e here 3 times a week and today was the last time. Employees are rude. I asked for extra onions and they said they can’t do that. So I ask how much more will it be and then they said it’s ok. So can or can’t you.

They serve all kind of sandwiches. You can choose your own sandwich and your own filling. You build your own. They have all kinds of cheese from American cheese to provolone cheese. Tuna spread. Veggy sandwich. Chicken breast sandwich. If you want to add avocado you need to pay extra. They all kinds of dressings. Mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil etc… You choose whatever you love. I like the tuna salad with all the vegetables which is kind of healthy and the honey oats bread toasted. Not so expensive and better than junk food. Kind of healthy. So if you’re in the area, try it out. They need a lemon sauce. Citrus sauce. Cause I love to add sour on my veggies. That’s my tip of the day for subway.

Every time I goto this Subway, it’s like the employees first time making a Subway sandwich. They usually come out from the back room and stare at you almost with a look like, «why are you in here». But, they inevitable understand that you probably want a sandwich so they ask you what type you’d like. They then proceed to figure out what actually goes into the sandwich you ordered. Once you are ready to pay, you might noticed the Apple Pay sign at the register. I told the employee I would like to use my iPhone to pay using Apple Pay. I am pretty sure she thought I was crazy and just kept staring at me. Nevertheless, I didn’t get to use my phone.

Average Subway. Nothing really special about it, and nothing that would warrant being a four star«fan.» My sandwich was made okay, however they forgot to put cheese on my mum’s sandwich. They then proceeded to charge her extra for the extra cheese. I think the most aggravating part of it all is that the sub-maker said she did put cheese on the sub, however there clearly wasn’t. You know what, I think I just talked myself into giving this place a 2 star instead of the 3. 2 Stars, because although I will likely be back,. a customer should not have to put extra work towards making sure that the sandwich was made correctly. For shame.

Very pleasant experience today. Maria has amazing customer service skills, super friendly. She not only served me as a customer but she also went out of her way to have a conversation. She asked me how my day was and if i had just gotten off work/school? This makes my experience comfortable here as it always is. I love getting tuna sandwich on italian herb and cheese toasted with all the veggies and mustard. You can never get your order wrong here… you just tell them what you want. Simply and in and out in a jiffy.

If you don’t like it, it’s basically your fault!!! You tell them what you want on your sub-sandwich. The counter service is okay, they don’t really make conversation with customers. Potato chip selection is great and cookies are good, espeically when their fresh outta the oven. Make sure you get the one from the very front, because those are the freshest ones. I love their $ 5 deals!!! The broccoli soup is actually pretty good!!! 4 stars for the customer service and 4 stars for the food.

Being a big Subway fan for over years so i’m very strict when it comes to subways! This subway is actually one of the cleanest subway you will find on valley and it’s one of the only one i have seen with a restroom… Friendly young staff and clean location…

I picked up a chicken ranch sub here. It was okay. I guess if they f-up making it, it’s more your fault than theirs. Nothing really special to write about this place. hmmm, maybe I should have just skipped this review all together.

I love Subway. Sounds bad but it’s cheap and delicious. People working there are always friendly. Although rinsing your hands under water is not washing your hands, but they wear gloves so I don’t mind.

Please indulge me for a second while I give this location kudos, and it’s customers a piece of my mind. I frequent this sandwich giant more times than I’d like to admit, but hey, it’s convenient, cheap, overall pretty tasty… plus the $ 5 foot-long jingle is impossible to get out of my head! The sandwich options are endless, and for fast food, it’s good. Potato chip selection is great and cookies are good, espeically when their fresh outta the oven. The staff is very friendly and they move quick. Jessica gets my vote for employee of the year. She is polite, thorough and she is a great example of what customer service should be. Now, onto the douche bags. The customers. Specifically the guy with the long white pony tail and house-painter-ish getup that came in around 1:48 pm on Tuesday, February 08, 2011. First off jackass, it’s not nice to bark orders at people, let alone while you’re on the phone having an obviously more important conversation. Secondly, when the nice girl asks you what you want on your sandwich, you tell her what toppings want. You don’t snap and say«whatever it comes with!!!». This is Subway, and in case you’ve never been here or you’re blind, there’s a ton of ingredients available. If I was the girl behind the counter I would have put all kinds of spicy and disgusting sh*t on it just to spite you. Hopefully something you’re allergic to. And then I’d pray that a jalapeño got lodged in your throat. Finally, to the older lady with your daughter: Why would you walk through a little pile of dirt and trash that the employees had clearly just swept up? Were you TRYING to undo someone else’s hard work? Shameful. I was amazed at how rude and disrespectful the human race could be in a matter of 5 minutes. That must be some sort of record. I give the Subway staff a lot of credit for the crap they have to put up with. Especially here.
