Superior Alarm Systems

So here is my story with SAS.
I purchased a new home in Northridge and the alarm that came with the home was with SAS.
I called them right before escrow closed to let them know I’d like to make some changes and some add on’s, the lady who answered the phone took my information and said that the sales person for my area will call me soon.
A week has gone by and know call, at this time the demolition has started on the house and I needed to move the main alarm box from its original location, so I called again and again she said that someone will call me, guess what no call, so I called again and was very frustrated with her, she said that someone will come out on Friday and remove the control box and for sure on Monday someone will call me and come out to give me an estimate on the addition and changes.
On Friday a guy should up and removed the control box and said that someone will come by on Monday.
Monday no call and no one showed up!
This time I was busy with the remodel so I didn’t call again until a week later when I saw the control box in the garage, so I called again!
She said that she was sorry and said that I would get a call right away, well right away was the next day, and the guy set up an appointment, which he showed up for, I explained to him my frustration with his company and he apologized up and down and that they will make it right by me and be on top of things and they will give me a discount for all my troubles. Well guess what???
Never heard from them!!!
No email, no call!!!
I hate writing bad reviews, and in most cases when I’m not satisfied I just let it go, but not in this case, if I could have given a negative 5 these guys would get it!!!

Our company, a small manufacturer in the San Fernando Valley, contracted with Superior Alarm Systems to take over and upgrade our existing alarm system. They recommended practical, cost-​effective solutions to us and trained our people in how to use the new gear. The installation took about half a day longer than they originally said it would because there were some hidden problems inside the walls, but they got it done and held to their original price quote. Bottom line is they’re friendly and knowledgeable people who put a lot of thought and care into their work.

Horrible customer service from every single employee here. Must send many emails and leave many messages to even get a response. There is ALWAYS an excuse from them, a stupid excuse at that!
