Vapor Me

I love this place and I have given them 5 stars before for their service, but the 5 star service only happens when someone is here and there is rarely someone here, the employees seem to always be on break somewhere around the mall. Very frustrating to come here and wait 20+ mins for someone to show back up to the kiosk.

Vapor Me is an unprofessional kiosk at the mall that rips people off while making them think they’re buying quality product. They even sales pitch you on writing a good Unilocal review to receive and extra discount.
Why they suck (especially the «owner» Ryan): VAPORS BEWARE, if you do NOT have your vape base with you, DO not buy any coils or tanks before finding out what wattage your base accepts! The big rude, unprofessional woman who works there (description for avoidance purposes), likes to not only ignore people and give them attitude, but feeds you bullshit information about vapes in general to get through her shitty work day. She sold me a .5 arctic bottom turbine coil tank after I clearly described to her what kind of base I had swearing up and down they’d be compatible. Mind you this is a $ 50 tank (which was later brought to my attention was over priced and the current tank I had would work better which I only paid $ 35 for). After purchasing I brought the tank home and didn’t try it until I returned home from a trip a week later. Alas, it did not work. Shocker right? My base is only compatible with .2 coils after going to a different vape shop where someone actually knew what the hell they were talking about. I purchased the tank end of May and am writing this review 2 weeks later. I call the number on the Unilocal page since it wasn’t on the receipt (nor were return policies) and a man answers I’m guessing his cell phone named Ryan. I told him what happened and he apologized and stated I would’ve had to return it within 24 hours. What?! To top that off he claims because I put oil in the tank he had to charge a restocking fee of 25% and GUESSED he could give me a store credit. First of all, it’s a shit shack in the middle of the mall which should be investigated for professionalism policies and shut down, not a store. Second, if you every expect to keep loyal customers, maybe you should hire people WHO KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEYRE DOING! So instead of taking the hike to topanga mall, I’d rather bite the bullet then have to deal with their shirt service for $ 30 worth of product I won’t use. Ryan, if you’re reading this, you might want to rethink the business you’ve gone into or hire more professional employees. In the mean time, make sure you have some legal stance on that «24 hour policy», I promise it’s going to bite you in the ass.

Toni is absolutely the best at vapor me! I went through a dozen vapes and she helped me find the perfect tank! It blows huge clouds and I don’t even have to build it! There flavors are amazing g spot is the best from there new line! Recommend 100%!! And all organic

I was originally introduced to this location a little over 2 months ago. I got great customer service from Toni and T.
I’ve spent a lot of money on equipment and juice.
The problems started with the equipment. 3 out 4 devices had issues and had to be exchanged.
One of the last Vision Spinner ii batteries that I got started shorting out. After trying 4 different coils, it still was shorting out. I was all set to return it when I thought I would go to another shop and see what was going on.
I tried their coil and had no problem. All the coils are supposed to be Kangertech, but apparently something was not right.
The final straw was when I was trying to get coils and Nancy starting arguing with me that she didn’t stock the sub ohm Kangertech coil that I had just got there the previous week. She told me to bring them back and PROVE to her that they were sub ohm and she would give me a bottle a juice. I took the time to bring them back and show her. She then checked the drawer and found 2 more sub ohm coils.
The fact that I just bought a iPV3 box mod that will not charge via the USB port just completely turned me off.
Again, it is not the customer service the employees provided that is an issue. I give them 5 stars. It’s the quality of the products they carry and «The Owner”(Nancy) or should I say the owner’s girlfriend and her attitude.
I will not ship there again.

Toni is the awesomest hooked me up big time! Best place for organic eliquid. Watermelon delight and peach are te best! Plus their new orgasmic vapor line is great!

Two days ago I bought a vape pen. The Asian fellow was very rude and gave no information. He took 1 hour to set up the pen (incorrectly) and changed the cost half way through. He gave no recite too. I went back the next day and Tori gave me all the info that was not told to me the day before. Today I took it to magic smoke and he told that it was set up wrong and it added an extra $ 30 to my $ 105 purchase. I will not go to Vapor Me again.

Toni helped me find a couple of the best flavored for my vaporizer! Love them! Plus they have this new rewards system that’s great! Will be coming back soon!

They were great in helping me get a new vape. They even hooked me up with a new tip and I love how attentive the sales lady was. I lost my vape on Halloween so I knew what I wanted. They attended to me instantly and I got a vape that was better than my last and was within my budget. Definitely my go-​to vape place!

This place has always been super helpful in finding new products and vape juice. We cone here all the time and the staff is real great and helpful.

T knows what she is talking about and she is always enthusiastic and wants you to leave feeling happy and well informed with the purchase. She also gave me complementary tank due a leak. I just left this place and Nancy was super helpful. She cleaned my piece and gave me a couple of wicks for free. Then my fiancée and I bought another vape pen and she gave me a great deal with a juice. On top of some other hook ups. We had a great experience and recommend her to anyone! Thank you Nancy!

Just left Vapor-​Me in the Topanga Mall and Nancy is the greatest! Thanks for whatever magic u did to my tank thanks for the charger! My daughter wound up buying her first pen with free juice, charger and a cute case. Vapor-​Me has tons of diff style pens, accessories, juices, etc. Thanks again Nancy (as promised!) We’ll def be back!
