This place was absolutely horrible! The service was horrible and no one helped me. I was waiting at the cash register for so long and the people were helping the customers on the floor rather than the one who’s already ready to check out something. They checked out those people before me who was waiting in line. This was just horrible service.

This is a really nice W-S and while I agree the prices are not for the faint of heart, it’s well worth some of the items. Try their sauces. All natural ingredients and really outstanding. You just need to be selective about things here and understand these products will last a very long time if properly maintained. I’m just as comfortable in a Target but there is something really wonderful about this chain of stores: they are something special. Around the Holidays or just for reason Williams-Sonoma is about as good as it gets for all things cooking.

Corrina gave exemplary customer service. She knows the products — backward, forward and sideways — and was extraordinarily patient in matching me to a stand mixer. Service like hers is why on-line can never replace brick and mortar.

Outstanding service! Every associate is looking to create that warm experience(you sort if expect from higher end retailers). I love shopping here for this reason alone. I was drawn in by the La Creuset cookware and have been coming back ever since. Team always will make you a cup of coffee so definitely ask for that too! The selection of cookbooks are fantastic and for soo many levels of expertise. I bought a girlfriend a newlywed a cookbook for her shower and she gushes about how wonderful the recipes are. Girl couldn’t boil water before she was married. Lol Most Sundays there are cooking demonstrations. If you sit through one there is food to sample plus discounts! On any purchases safe that day! If looking for a specific item you’ll find it here!

I am super picky about customer service and how they tend to qualify people in higher end stores. Happily they did not judge and seemed to be truly excited about what they were doing. The women were amazing. Seriously just outstanding! I felt comfortable in the store and had all my questions answered by educated staff. Looking forward to attending some of their classes!

I put a lot of credence in the old saying: «You get what you pay for» My recent customer service experience was absolutely great. It all started with an in store online purchase for the Nespresso Aerocino 3 that was out of stock. The associate helping me out said no worries I will place the order for you online and have it shipped to your door at no charge. Then that is when the first snag hit, on the invoice I noticed I was charged for shipping. The associate thought the shipping would automatically be deducted, but we found out a code was required. Much to my chagrin, he was not able to correct this in the store. Being 5 min before closing He assured me that he would be in early the next day and have this taken care of. Flash forward a month later when I received my shipment. Not only was I still charged for shipping I now had two Aerocinos grrrrr. Now I was angry and already to go raise hell at the store. So I drove over and walked in all prepared for my fight… But there was no need, everyone working there was so helpful, friendly, understanding, and apologetic that it blew my mind. The first person I spoke with wanted to help me and immediately got his manager Corine involved in helping me out. In less than 10 minutes I had my shipping charge and extra item refunded back to my credit card and all without a hassle.

Wonderful service! Renee was extremely helpful took care of everything from offering suggestions to gift wrapping our purchases. My 4 year old is quite chatty and Renee happily conversed with her while we looked around. Everything about our visit today was wonderful!

Excellent help from the very knowledgable person who helped me choose the right cookbook, cooking utensils and dry rub mixes for the various meals I told her I will be cooking. The merchandise is displayed beautifully.

Got my bf a gift card for this place on the account that he’s becoming a pro at cooking and has been really interested in it for some time. We must’ve been looking around for 30 min. The staff were really nice and helpful, pointed out all the available options for what we were looking for. The cashier was friendly and joked us to bring her some freshly baked bread after using our purchase(baking stone). It is pricy, but they have good quality cookware and interesting seasonings, rubs, coffees, etc. I’ll probably only shop here if I get another discount. In the mall though so it’s nice to look around and see what they have every once in a while(and apparently they have demonstrations as well!).

You know how there are brownie mixes and cupcake mixes and such? Well, they cook them onsite and offer trays of free samples right beside the display of the products. And not those Costco bit-sized sample either: The full cupcake! Yeah, I wanted to grab one but I was too shy. Yeah, I know, me! I’m sure their online catalog is not as limited but this store has a limited china selection. Every Sunday, they have cooking and technique demos. Apparently, this particular location is too small to have a full on class but some, like the Pasadena one for example, actually have classes where the audience can participate or be actual students.

Where else but Williams Sonoma can you pick up a $ 150 wine opener? Well, we never would have bought it if it weren’t for the fact that we had a bunch of gift cards from our wedding… so we plunked down one hundred and fifty big ones to get the terminator of all wine openers. It’s slick, it’s shiny, and it opens bottle after bottle with deadly accuracy. To those of you who think this review doesn’t apply to Williams-Sonoma, I beg to differ. The $ 150 wine opener epitomizes Williams-Sonoma. They have very insanely cool stuff, but it’s so overpriced it’s not even funny.
