History

Established in 2014.

The Reserve at Southpointe is a brand new apartment community that just officially opened in June 2014! We are owned by Morgan Management who was developed in 2006 and has continued growing since. The Reserve at Southpointe currenty has 3 buildings of 15 opened. We complete phase one with 10 buildings by February 2015 and begin phase two with an additional 5 buildings in Spring 2015.
