Spa & Salon At Southpointe

Visiting from out of town, I noticed the spa was walking distance from my hotel so I called for a same day appointment. They were able to accommodate me, so I booked a Swedish massage with Dee. She gives a great massage! And it was a bargain! I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in the area, but if I am I’m going back for another massage.

Do NOT go to Southpointe!!! My husband bought me a package for Christmas and it was AWFUL! There is no dressing room/​locker area. You have to shove your clothes in your purse and carry them around with you in your arms from room to room. When I asked where my friend could go to get dressed they told her to use the bathroom. The music didn’t work in the massage room and the shower flooded the floor. The woman who did the facial acted like she was in a rush and just about ripped my face off as well as my friend’s that was there for the same package. She didn’t explain anything at all, it was very uncomfortable. After all of that we went and had mani/​pedi where one of the «stylists» was rude and complained about how tired she was and couldn’t wait for the next day to be off. She asked how to style her hair, then made her look like a poodle. Terrible service! Luckily, the girl who did my nails was very nice.

I really liked the edgy short haircut that I asked for. I went to Diane. She is great. She also have my daughter a super cute bob.
