Absolutely 1 of my favorite restaurants! Best Philadelphia roll I’ve ever tasted! Soups are amazing, pad thai delectable, I have never ordered an entrée that I didn’t love!

It was an OK place especially with the area being so crowded you can get in have a few choices of food to eat some seafood a little pricey for the quality but when I go again yes.

If more restaurants like Basil Asian Bistro opened in downtown Canton, Ohio, the downtown area would be a bustling, thriving metropolis of activity.
Everything there is good and we eat there at least a few times a month, it’s so good. Orange chicken, sushi, fried rice, pot stickers, pad Thai, beef broccoli, sweet and sour chicken… Everything is outstanding. What’s not to love? You can exchange the protein in the meals, too. Very cool. The food is very reasonably priced considering the high quality of food and generous portion served, too. The bar is full and reasonably priced. If you twisted my arm to find a fault, my only complaint is that the hot tea has been slightly burnt tasting the last two times I’ve been there. That’s it. Still drinkable, though, so not a big deal at all. Still 5 stars.
It’s beautiful inside, a beautifully restored gen off an old building revitalized in downtown Canton. Go there and eat already, you won’t be disappointed. Also — free parking downtown in the evenings, so no feeding the meter. When you’re done go next door to an outstanding place called Grapes in a Glass (see review!!) for a glass of wine!

From the Sake Tini, to the Pad Thai, everything was subpar. We ordered the spicy crab roll and pot stickers as appetizers, which were both good. My boyfriend ordered the Bangkok Fish which was not. I ordered the Pad Thai, a pretty classic dish which I thought was just okay but was definitely missing flavor. The service was good, but overall I would not go back.

Small restaurant in a plaza south of town. Small but big on flavor. The calimari & peppers are my favorite. Between lick your plate clean & to die for. The red curry chicken with extra sauce is among the best I have ever had. Just the right amount of heat. Not overwhelming. Pad Thai is good but not outstanding. All in all in highly recommend it.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Canton. The food is made by an actual chef who cares deeply about his craft and is AMAZING at what he does. I have eaten here numerous times and the food is always excellent. The drinks are great too, try their green apple martini as well as their espresso martini! Delicious. I can’t wait for another excuse to go here again.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was great. I went on a Friday that was also first Friday so it was very crowded. I was still able to receive great service. The Phở was incredible! My only complaints are the very large portions and long menu to choose from, which are complaints I can live with!

This is a really nice place and the avocado curry and general tso’s chicken was delicious!

Food is beyond fabulous. Wait staff always friendly and knowledgeable.
My favorite is the watermelon martini with avocado tofu and brown rice.
Sushi rolls are always fresh and come out quickly after ordering.

My meal was delicious. My only complaint is that our food did not come out together and my meal and the meal of someone else in my party was mixed up. The food was really good and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. Wait staff were friendly and refilled drinks often.

Quick lunch of hot and sour soup or Tom Yum and Thai rolls — Yay!

One of my husband and my favorite places to go! The crispy pineapple chicken never disappoints and as weird as it sounds they have the best iced tea I’ve ever tasted! We’ve taken several people here to try and all of them have been back!

Best asian cuisine in Canton hands down! Have been there with a huge party or just a couple and the service has been great every time! I’m not much of a drinker but they seemed to have an awesome bar upfront. The food is always on point too. I’ve never had a bad meal there

Best place downtown. If you like excellent sushi, and I do mean excellent, then this is the place for you. Or if you like a good bar atmosphere, extensive vegan options, or really tasty curry. I’ve never had a bad time. Also, the Volcano Roll is out of this world.

Everything about the experience was excellent. Everyone’s meal was great and our server, Megan, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive without being annoying. We will be back!

I recommend the orange pineapple chicken, crab Rangoon, and any of the sushi, it’s always very fresh
Portions for dinner are always very large for the bowls. Great for groups, dinner dates or quick lunch pick up !

Ok I’m usually a person that’s not hard to please when it comes to food! I love good food, but this place isn’t very pleasing. I ordered edamame, orange glaze, dragon and tiger roll, a phở, and a side of lo mein.

First, the lo mein had a hair in it!!! I told them and they gave me another one with no flavor at all (basically just noodles). Second, I told them I wanted chicken phở because I hate tendons and the beef, yet they gave me the exact thing I didn’t want! The rolls weren’t very fresh, the avocado was turning brown!
How can someone serve this to a first timer? What happen to first impressions are everything?! I will never go back there again.

Very nice place. This is our first time here. Our reservation was at 5:45pm. It was good that we got here then. Full house. Food was excellent. Red dragon martini was fun and fruity. Shrimp Lomein was delicious. Vegetable pot stickers were homemade and filled with lots of veggies. Husband had coconut spaghetti. He loved it. Good service and good experience.

Food was good, kind of an American/​Chinese/​Thai food mix! We used open table to reserve a table for 2. Great place for a date night. Very clean and nice atmosphere. The serves was prompt and our waiter was very knowledgeable. Ask for Ethan. All around a great place to eat. We will definitely be going back!

When this place is on, its my favorite restaurant in town. But it seems to be inconsistent with staff waiting on me and food preparation. I was with a group of 5. We ordered appetizers. A couple minutes after our appetizers arrived, he started bringing our entrees saying he ‘wanted to get them to us soon because he had a large group coming in the next room’. But none of them had arrived yet. We could barely fit all the plates on our table. This wasn’t all that made the service is bad though. This was the least happy waiter ever. Seemed kind of grouchy. He look like the host of that show diners drive-​ins and dives.
I got my favorite dish there as my lunch entrée. The avocado curry. Usually it’s swimming in an amazing sauce and I take the leftover sauce and pour it over my rice as a dish to take home. Well this trip there was virtually no sauce. It was still decently flavorful, but with minimal sauce it was lacking to be sure.
Again usually when I’m there this place is amazing. A five star as far as I’m concerned. My favorite place in Canton. Yesterday they were working with their junior varsity team it seemed.
