This is a review of the carpet, Andy Miller, the owner of Carpet Restorations Plus out of Canton, Ohio. As of right now my family is stepping on nails coming through this low grade carpet including my 10 year old son ever since this carpet was installed. Andy Miller refuses to stand behind his word; he refuses to compromise in anyway. This is not ethical business practice; I want to share with you and the world my experience with Carpet Restorations Plus out of Canton Ohio and Andy Miller. The simple fact is he sold us and picked Mid-​grade carpet and actually installed low grade. We are not happy at all and are being injured every day in OUR OWN Home! I know I am not the only one that has had this bad experience in dealing with Andy Miller; please contact me if so. I am standing up for our Consumer Protection Rights.
