I purchased my Raleigh bike two years ago and LOVE this bike! I believe it was the owner that helped me pick out the bike. He took his time helping me try out several different bikes until I found the PERFECT fit. Not only does Gemini Bike and Fitness Center offer great customer service but I had to take the bike in a couple of weeks ago because I couldn’t get the speeds to shift into gear. I dropped the bike off and they called me the next day saying it was done. When I went in to pick the bike up he said it was a simple fix and there would be no charge. Wow! I was very impressed at their honesty and will not go anywhere else to have my bike serviced. Thanks Gemini!

This bike shop I started frequenting because it is close to where I work. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The owner mike is also the mechanic and he is great. The other mechanic, Vance, is a professional rider. I do a lot of my own bike repair at home as a hobby, and even though I did not buy my bike there, they still help me out with advice, tools, and parts. There are also some repairs that I can’t handle and they are very fast with getting me in and out in a timely manner. Vance even trued a wheel for me on the spot.

Took my Fuji sportif in for its inaugural tune up. Upon entering the store, i went back to the mechanics area and was told $ 39.99 for a tune up. I advised the mechanic that my dérailleur needed adjusted to which he replied «your dérailleur bracket needs replaced, i can see from here.» I respond that i would like an adjustment attempted before we write it off and replace it and i was told they ALWAYS break. Am told my $ 39.99 tune up now will cost $ 84.99 unless more parts on my 4 month old bike need replacing. Upon questioning i was told that their expertise out rank my preferences. I walk out, go to Dell’s cycle. Bottom line, no new bracket, $ 35 tune up as advertised, no issues. My bike and myself will NEVER be back and i hope to enlighten as many as i can about Gemini and their deceptive pricing practices!

When I was looking for a new cyclocross bike every shop I went to tried to sell me a bike/​brand I didn’t want. This shop did not. They fitted me, ordered the bike, and had it ready to ride a few days later. And there was none of that «you silly girl» vibe you sometimes get in bike shops.
