Unfortunately, the container was delivered very late in the day, at 6:30pm, so I had to load the truck at and after sunset, and the driver threatened not to drop the container off because it was a tight fit! Very poor service on this end.
Delivery at my new address was also bad, as the driver a) unnecessarily and rudely blocked in one of my neighbors for ten minutes, b) needlessly placed the container in two spots instead of one, and c) didn’t position the container well overall. Their call center is great, but the on-​the-​ground experience was less than desirable.
