Attorney Brad Reed opened his law practice after having prosecuted for the Honorable Spencer Lawton, District Attorney, in Savannah, Georgia, from 1997 until 2003. Mr. Reed tried many types of cases as a prosecutor, including, DUI, Domestic Violence, Identity Theft, Robbery, and even Murder. He opened his law practice in Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia, a fast growing county in north Georgia. He represents people in Georgia, but focuses his practice on Cobb, Fulton, Forsyth, Cherokee, Bartow, Pickens, Gilmer, Paulding, and Fannin counties. Attorney Brad Reed represents people charged with crimes and understands how daunting it is to be accused of a crime. It is important to have strong legal representation because your liberty and future are at stake. As a prosecutor, Mr. Reed was in court often, even appearing before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. His experience has benefited his clients greatly since he opened his practice in 2003.

Brad Reed graduated from Georgia State University in 1988 and worked for IBM for a couple of years before returning to Georgia State University’s College of Law. He graduated in 1997 from the College of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, and he worked for the Honorable Spencer Lawton, District Attorney, in Savannah, Georgia for more than five years. Mr. Reed was responsible for criminal cases from indictment stage to trial and to appeal. He has argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Reed, while an Assistant District Attorney in Savannah, Georgia, tried all types of cases from DUI to Armed Robbery to Murder. Mr. Reed has been recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving and police agencies for his efforts as a prosecutor. When Mr. Reed opened his law practice in 2003 in Canton, Georgia, he began representing people and defending the rights of ordinary citizens.
