Mans’ supplied the lumber when we built our house 7 years ago. We recently decided to have a storage cabinet/​bench built for the kitchen. Since the new cabinet will butt up against an existing cabinet, we want the crown molding to match.
I was directed to Brian’s voice mail and left the details noted above. Since any order I would place would be for a very small amount of molding, I figured I would probably not be getting a return call.
Not only did Brian call me back within an hour, he sent a PDF file 20 minutes later showing all of my options.
If this is the type of customer service offered on such a small order, I can’t imagine how good they are with «real» customers.
